Almost broke my tooth on the chicken! Came at 2:30 in the afternoon. Had to have been left over from lunch! Fries were super salty & I thought they came unsalted..my bad! Disgusting all the way! I couldn't give any stars on the food. Very disappointed to say the teast!

They first said my gift card doesn’t work when I used two days ago and had enough remaining valence then they used chocolate syrup for the heath cup perfection when it suppose to be fudge. Ruins daughter and I evening. Especially I paid with my own cash and the gift card was a Christmas gift and it was correct gift card bc the receipt was wrapped around it and I out it up at my House I will be calling tomorrow
They made me a blizzard that tasted like it had very little flavoring added to it and I expressed that it tasted incorrect, instead of remaking it for me they argued with me that it was made correctly. In the food service industry, if someone isn't happy with their food you replace it or offer a refund. Do better.

Ive never been to a DQ and been served cold fries. I asked for fresh hot fries and got warm ones that looked to be dropped back into grease to warm them up.
