Ive never been to a DQ and been served cold fries. I asked for fresh hot fries and got warm ones that looked to be dropped back into grease to warm them up.

Had a coupon for $3 off a 6 pc strip dinner. She said she took them. Ordered one plus a 4 pc strip dinner one with medium drink one with large drink and fries. Total was $33. I asked for what. She double charged me for the 4 pc strip dinner Corrected that then when i sat down she didn’t give me my $3 off so i told someone else they only gave me $1 off. They couldn’t find the coupon. Then they charged me $.49 for large fries but it was the same amount as the medium.

Ample, free parking. The lot was clean. I used the app and my food was ready for pick up when i got there. Staff was courteous. Dinning area had plenty of seating. And the food was hot and fresh in the warmer and freezer (for ice-cream).

I just don’t understand why this store is so dysfunctional. Ice cream is handed to you liquid or made wrong. If you ask for chocolate ice cream they always forget and have to correct it every time.
