Service is quick and staff is nice. However, the hot fudge sundaes never have hot fudge on them. The fudge is always cold.

SLOW!!!!!!! sat in drive thru for a total of 18 minutes for a blizzard. Don't go if more than three cars in front of you on a Saturday night.

Just greeted me with a smile on her face and took my order promptly. She small talk while she prepared my order and delivered it in person with a smile. Food was hot and good and that blizzard was so awesome. I almost got another to take home with me.

Stopped here for ice cream, doors were lock at 7 o'clock on a Saturday night. Little guy doing all the talking was rude as hell. People was lining up outside, mad people. Still the drive through was still open. People had no clue to why closed on Saturday at 7 o'clock. Says open till 9:30...

They were closed
Couldn't tell what my royal blizzard was supposed to be because it was mixed poorly. The lobby is closed way too often in the late afternoons due to "not having enough staff". Might as well drive the extra 15 to the other location.
