They were out of chocolate Ice cream so they couldn't give a twist. Got a Cherry dipn instead. Not what I wanted but was ok. Blizzard was good..

TERRIBLE! The lobby smells awful! Stood at the counter for 15 minutes while employees ignored me. Avoid at all costs!

The gentleman that was taking orders kept having us repeat what we said, he probably wouldnt have had to if he wouldnt have had his ear buds in and listening to the music literally the phone was laying on the counter showing music playing. The Starkiss my wife got was partially melted and had been refrozen.

Amelia idk how to spell it but was the only person who was doing anything. i came in at 8:20pm and she was doing all the work and sounds cheery and nice. the other two girls weren't doing anything but watching her run around and do everything by herself. im so pissed off that she was the only one doing anything and they other 2 had attitudes and looked like they hated everyone. amelia needs a raise

Do not know the difference between a cheeseburger and chicken tenders and something wrong with your soda machine limited selection, maybe a good idea just to shut it down

Ordered a cone and small choc extreme blizzard pick up and had to go inside to get it. Told the girl at the register that I had an online order and gave her my name. Was told a story about runny cream and it would be a few minutes. I waited in the store for some time and finally was called to the register and handed a cone. I told them I was still waiting on the blizzard and the girl at the register started an argument stating she already gave me the blizzard in the drive thru which I had never been in. She could not identify what car I was in but was sure she gave it to me. Then she changed her story and said she gave it to somebody else who picked it up for me. I would recommend you find another dairy queen unless you want to argue with an obnoxious girl to get what you paid for.

A couple nights ago I used doordash to order four Reese's Cups large blizzards when doordash arrived I had two bags that were sealed he handed me my blizzards and I put them in the freezer as I was putting them in the freezer I couldn't help but notice that two of them were a lot darker and chocolatey than the Reese's cups I took a photo I don't know where it went so you could see the difference I have no idea what we ate but it was definitely running out Reese's cup I think it was some kind of brownie gooey chocolatey nasty nothing that I would ever order Is there somewhere you can make this right I'm going to order more But I need to know if I can get a credit for two of them?
