24 minutes for 1 cheeseburger during non peak hours. Then they forgot to put bacon on my burger and decided to put onions on it even though I said no onions. Terrible service and experience.

I’m typing this with one hand right now. I just left there and they failed to put the lid on the gravy correctly AGAIN for the second time in one month. This time my hand is so scorched that I’m headed to urgent care. I called to ask to talk to a manager and he hung up on me. I went back in there after soaking my hand in soy sauce to let them know that to be so negligent multiple times and this time causing injury to a customer is outrageous. I will never come here again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice with injuries to my hand and this will not be the end of it. I’m so angry I can’t even see straight.

Food cooked to order and very fresh, service great, tables clean and self service area clean and full! Great Job!!!
The food was good, however that was only when they made it right.The lady at register rung it correct, but the people in the back made the wrong thing. The older lady in register was complaining no end on how bad the employees in the back were. Now I’ve worked with lazy coworkers before and it is difficult, however it is not professional to bad mouth them to customers. If the owner isn’t dealing with it they will find out when people stop going because of the terrible service.The cleanliness was not impressive. The place hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The drink machine and booths haven’t been swept or mopped in what looks like months. I used to do professional cleaning and those areas are accessible to be cleaned. If this is how they clean the lobby I’d be nervous to eat what comes out of the kitchen.

Just attempted to go through drive through at 10:48 AM. Waited 4 mins. No one answered the microphone. Drove around once again, employee hanging sign on door stating lobby closed due to short staffing. Waited yet another 5 mins in drive through. No one ever attempted to take order. This isn’t the first time this has happened. By far the worst DQ in the city.

Got a large ice cream cone dipped in drive thru. It cost over 4 bucks and some change. It was more of a small. I kindly told the gentleman it's not a large, he said in a sarcastic tone sir it is to a large, as he looked at a lady at the front counter. It was a small. It was melting like it had been setting for ten minutes. I see why they made it so small any bigger it wouldn't stand. They shouldn't be charging a price for something they can't deliver! Also why do they have a kid that looks to be ten or eleven standing in the back of the restraunts? Shouldn't that be against restraunts rules and standards? Terrible restraunt! Rude employee!
