It is only the 6th of December and when I ordered a peppermint blizzard was told they were no longer serving them. They had run out of the ingredients, so were no longer serving for remainder of holiday seaason. This is so dissappointing because I look forward to it each year. Will make my own at home and not eat at this restaurant for remainder of season.

Horrible customer service. Entire order completely wrong when ordered on app and picked up in drive thru. Come home to find everything wrong. Call to talk to manager Day who was extremely unprofessional. When went to get food remade was treated unprofessional and she never apologized. There was a young teen boy that was very polite and apologized acted more like a manager than Day did. She actually told me I was lucky she was doing me a favor by remaking my incorrect food that I paid for because policy is for her to mail a coupon. This is an insane policy if accurate. If people order fast food they want food now not wait a week to to have to go back and order food again. Sadly when she supervised order being remade once got back home they still managed to mess the order up again. It was a plain double cheeseburger- how hard is that? Ibstead it had musstard and pickles on a plain double cheeseburger. Not sure if trying to be funny by making order wrong again or if making a simple plain double cheeseburger is that difficult for your staff.
We love the Fort Branch DQ experience!

Got the 6 piece chicken strip basket with gravy. The strips were small. Gravy container was only half full. The grilled toast was only slightly grilled on one side and not at all on the other. It was more like dry bread. Someone must of been in a hurry to get order out. I would have waited for it to be made correctly. Especially for what you pay!!

Will is an employee at this Dairy Queen. The 5 stars are because of him. The food is always good but this review is 100% for him. I asked him why my food cost more than I expected and he happily discussed it with me to make me understand the reasoning. My whole reason for this review is because he was so respectful, eager to explain, and eager to apologize for the confusion . We need more “Will’s”. Dairy Queen is lucky to have him! Thank you, Will!

We arrived about 6:50 pm tonight (Saturday). There was tons of staff and only one customer in front of us. the cashier never greeted us or asked if this was dine in or carry out. My daughter just started putting in her order to the cashier as the cashier just stared us (younger blonde girl with glasses). My daughter ordered a 4 pc chicken strip basket and a blizzard. I also ordered a blizzard. I paid our bill and we stepped to the side. About 5 minutes later, a couple comes in and placed their order. The customers that entered before us got their food. Another 5 minutes pass. There are maybe 3 people actively working. The other 6 just walk around wiping up items, refilling tea canisters, candies for Blizzards, etc. Then it looks like a bus lets out because the place is now packed! The cashier continually looks at me but says nothing. I am a patient person, but at the 30 minute mark and seeing customers that came in after us get their food, I said to the cashier, “we haven’t gotten our food, it was 3 items” and I held out my receipt to her. She sort of walks away and then comes back to the cash register and takes more orders. I scan the qr code on my receipt because I want to start the survey process. At the 45 minute, I am now agitated and my daughter is ready to leave. I say out loud “I need to speak to a manager” one of the workers stop in front of me and asked what I need to speak to her about. I explain I’d now been there 45 minutes, waiting on 3 items. She asks me what I need, says she will make the blizzards, and sends an older woman with short hair over to me. I assume this is the manager. She asks me what the problem and I tell her that I ordered 3 items, had been waiting 45 minutes, had already reported my concern to the cashier, and nothing had been done about it. She then scurries to the back of the kitchen and I guess tells the cooks to fix a chicken strip basket. She then comes up and sees I have received 1 blizzard, and moves about while the second one is made. After we’re handed the second blizzard, the manager tries to wrap up the experience with “there are your blizzards…” and I say “I still need a chicken strip basket!” She goes back to the kitchen and retrieves a box, shoves some napkins in the top of the box, and hands it to me. No “sorry” no explanation, no “is there anything else you need?” Because I would have asked for a spoon because my daughter didn’t get one in her blizzard. Thankfully she had shoved napkins in the chicken strip box because the napkin dispenser was empty. To not receive an apology or any sort of acknowledgment that I wasted 45 minutes of my life watching an overstaffed disorganized fast food restaurant is ridiculous! In the 45 minutes I was there, I learned the cash register worker was either not trained properly, not taught customer service skills, and should not be the face of the organization. I learned there were so many workers and not much productivity happening. We have been in this same location with half the staff and it ran so much more efficiently. Tonight was a disaster. And the manager didn’t return my receipt to me.

My family was on the road and stopped to get 2 small blizzards(kids) and a soda(mine). DQ was to have a special for the anniversary of small blizzard for $.85 with $1 or more order. Not only did lady not give receipt but this order cost me about $14. So disappointed they didn't honor special and yes they are a location who participated per online.

Went through the drive thru at 930…the lady took my order, gave me my total and I proceeded to pull around. There were two other cars in front of me. The first car I assume received his order and the person in front of me pulled up. The worker leaned out the window and the man drove off. When it was my turn, I pulled up to hand her my payment and was informed that they were out of hamburgers, and the restaurant was closed. Why would you waste my time and take my order and have me wait to pay when you are closing an hour early? If 0 stars were an option, that’s what I would give.

Burger was made wrong. Instead of walking the last item over to us while we were eating, they just yelled extra loud when we didn't come get it in 5 seconds. Not impressed.
Good value for price but worst burger I think I've ever had.
