What's the point of ordering and PAYING for large fries when you barely get any? Not the first time it's happened. And if you ask me if I want any sauce, please put it any the order! The one thing I will give them, if the staff is always friendly.

All of the staff here work tremendously hard to keep up with this quick and busy atmosphere. My order is always correct. The food is hot, and the ice cream is cold. I always feel welcomed and impressed by the staff, when inside dining or outside driving through.

You might have them make a line to have somebody pull up so the rest of us could get our food or ice cream and be on our way because there were six people in line and we were waiting on the car in front of me to get out of the way really
After the experience we had tonight, we will not be returning to this location. The drive-thru employee was extremely rude. We had no one behind us, and she gave us a snarky "Do you even know what you want" and kept interrupting as we placed our order. We watched her snatch the debit card from the customer in front of us and shove food at him like he wasn't grabbing items fast enough for her. I was going to give her a piece of my mind, but she sent another employee to the window to handle our order. I guess Mattie W. (name on the receipt) can dish it out, but she can't take it back. This wasn't a staffing issue as there were 3 other employees on the front line besides the 2 at the window. They also think they're slick and trash the receipt, so you won't report them for their piss poor attitude on the survey. DQ can keep the free dilly bar because I won't be back.I have reached out to management about this experience, but I don't expect to hear back from them.

Came in late the crew was actually getting ready to clean up and close. The young man (who seemed new) was REALLY nice. The young lady helping him was so helpful even when we asked for a salad no meat. She didn't have one made up but was willing to cut up fresh tomatoes and cheese to make sure it was completely vegetarian. ??. The crew was A1. Thank you.Vegetarian options: Wasn't one, but one was made on the spot.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
