I have been a loyal customer for years. I discovered the best day for my family and I was to come on Sunday when Denice worked. She always had a smile, anticipated what you wanted before you did and made sure my guests were welcomed and catered to. I'd get a watermelon in the summer, a pumpkin in the fall and all the other waitresses never came close. Her mom was I'll and no one has said why she left but it's a true disappointment without her. She knew how to treat the elderly and the kids.

The service was polite and quick . The food was made to order and has been consistently delicious. The chicken is my favorite fried or grilled.
First the food, I had the fried chicken and German fries an both were good. The server was a little slow to get to our table but after that she did a good job. It is a rustic place but the noise level seemed very high when the place was only about a quarter full. I guess the booze was getting to some where they spoke louder. I prefer less noisy places myself. Overall, it was okay but could have been better.
