You have to understand they are busy, servers do a lot and no it’s not about race. Quit making it about that already and grow up. When it gets busy there is a wait list. Just had to write this while reading a poor review about this place by some customer named Carl.

This location has an issue with customer service. And yes I believe it's a race issue. This restaurant is a customer service based facility, I walked in and stood at the front waiting area for 8 minutes. There were 3 female servers standing there looking at receipts and interacting with each other. Noone addressed me as I stood there waiting for my already paid for pickup order. Three Caucasian males walked in at the 10 minute mark behind me and was greeted and seated immediately!!!! A black door dash customer walked in 3 minutes after the other 3 gentlemen and he politely asked about an order. He was told by one of the female servers she would be with him in a minute. He continued standing there and of course no one helped him. That's not a coincidence. That's a racist issue or a really really bad custom service problem. I made my decision. I did speak with the store manager Adrienne, whom would not give her last name. Only to find out after leaving the restaurant that Adriennes name is actually Danyelle. I informed her of my concern and pointed out the servers discussed in this review. I was not given my refund for the cheese cake they supposedly didn't have, and the dessert cookie skillet I ordered was replaced with an Oreo brownie. And of course I wasn't informed of that decision made by the server. I guess my presence added to her frustration and she acquired short term memory loss. Who knows!? Once I left the restaurant the manager was outback on the phone. Worried? You should be. If this isn't addressed by the correct corporate office, I'll continue to monitor this location and make videos as well. Then I will report this info to the local news staff.

The quality of the food was not good! I did not eat it... I send it back... This is my second bad experience with a Denny's To different locations... People just don't care anymore they'll sell you anything. No standards. Sad but true 👌✌️

I went in on January 7 and it was after the ice storm and these employees were busting there butts trying to keep going even after they came into work in it all.I just want to say there employees are awesome to show up and work cause no one else was opened and we had no power at home.May God bless you all and thank you for showing up for us.
