Called to advise my delivery order that just delivered my beef was burnt & hard and the rude lady argued with me that it wasn't the way when it left the store, the driver just left me...if it didn't leave the store this way what are you saying??? Your driver did something to it....she wouldn't even make it right....don't order from here, back to Jimmy John's for me

Never going here again! Pizza was made horrible then took back to have it fixed and second pizza made and it looked horrible as well couldn’t even eat. Horrible pizza place anymore. And this is suppose to be easy sauce when it was a ton of sauce.

The service here is atrocious. My food took over an hour and a half to arrive. When it did arrive -- after I had to call the establishment twice -- the food was cold and tasted like garbage. Unacceptable for a business in the service industry. Fix yourselves.

Said started order @ 8:58 pm expect curbside by 9:13 pm… 50 min later order tracker hadn’t budged past prepping… I call & was told it would be another 1.5 hrs… seriously, they left me hanging, didn’t txt or call abt a 2.5 hr delay… I will not return! His excuse: working fast as can half kitchen staff didn’t show up. WHO MANAGES THIS FACILITY? WHO OWNS THIS LOCATION? I feel awful for everyone in town who’s sitting around waiting for 2 hours for their pizza delivery and they have no idea …. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE! Owner should be so ashamed and double ashamed for leaving under paid workers under this much stress! WOW! I will research the owner as I refuse to support any franchise they own and I plan to share my experience on Social Media beyond this Google review! Sickening!

Our family recently moved and this is the location now closest to us, we continue to order from this location and continue to receive great quality food and excellent customer service. There has been a time when our delivery took longer than expected but with so many places being short staffed that was understandable. We had no problem waiting, we just wish we would have tipped the driver more. Every delivery driver we have met has been SO kind, and when we call we are met in such a friendly and professional manner. Major kudos to the people at this location! The job itself is hard work, but working as a team short handed and still upholding a positive atmosphere is harder and does not go unnoticed.

For two weeks straight, this location has told me that my online order takes up to 45 minutes for delivery. Both time after an hour I called the store to see when I would receive my order. The manager told me that it would be another hour to an hour and a half to get my order due to being overwhelmed and short handed. While I understand the situation the customer should at least get a call and explanation of what is going on. After I requested them to cancel my order they showed up at my door with my order 5 minutes later and made it right. My hat is off to them!
