DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! I placed an order at 1:28pm and it’s now 2:57pm and still no delivery. The estimated wait time was only 30mins at the time I placed the order. The tracker shows it’s been in quality check for an hour. I tried calling, but no one answers the call. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first time having a problem with this store. UPDATE: Finally got the order at 3:26pm AND IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER.

Same thing every time I try to order from this location. I tried to use a free pizza they gave me from the last time it took over 2 hours to deliver 1 pizza. It is again getting close to the 2 hour mark, of course the store won’t answer the phone so there is no one to communicate with that my food is over an hour late. Never again dominos I don’t care how many free pizzas you give me or how hard you advertise to me, I will never order here again.

My name is Hubert Mcalpine in Evansville Indiana and the Weinbach location is my issue. I’ve been using this same dominos for years quite often and the past 2 times going into the store I had 3 employees looking dead at me and DID NOT acknowledge me standing waiting to be helped and after that time. Finally they told me after an hour that it’s gonna take 45 minutes more. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH DOMINOS ANYMORE after that display of non customer service and neither will my family!!
It all depends on which location. If you go to the one on the South Weinbach, it's horrible 75% of the time. If you go to the one on weinbach that's over by the Lloyd expressway, that location is usually really good.

Update: 3 years later & they're having the exact same issues. Do not order delivery from them or at all! Order pickup from their Green River Road location.
They don't answer their phones, don't communicate delays, let food sit for 30 minutes before it's taken out for delivery, & don't care about their drivers.

Order delivery and waited over an hour for my food and then when my food gets here, I didn’t receive my whole order and then they tried to tell me when I called the store and spoke to the manager. They tried to tell me they couldn’t refund the whole order over one pacific item which I find ridiculous because I waited over an hour for my food and still didn’t receive all my food don’t ever order from this Domino’s you gonna be waiting a long time and still not received your whole order

Honestly has to be the worst pizza place in Evansville I normally don’t make reviews but they take 2 hours to make a simple pizza it hasn’t even been in the oven and it’s been 2 hours
Very rude employees and management the place was dirty it took and hour for our walk in order which normally take 20 min then my order was wrong so had to wait another hour because they messed up the first one one would think they would have fixed it right then but no they made me wait another hour so this is not recommended this is the worst pizza place in evansville do not order from here

I called the store with help with the emergency pizza they said I got for ordering but when I go to use it it keeps telling me it's for next time so I call the store for help and he refused to help me. Said it's a online thing and nobody there to talk and help me, that they were all busy. So I guess I am not a important customer
