2 1/2 hours for a wait on the delivery time that said 27 minutes on your guys’s dumb App No one will answer the phone been on hold over 45 minutes. Then you guys wonder why you can’t keep delivery drivers? And wonder why delivery drivers for you guys Don’t make any money and end up quitting. With how many delivery apps and stuff there are now this shouldn’t be a thing

Absolutely AWFUL! Will never go to this establishment again. My order has been messed up THREE times in a row and upon contacting the store, The “manager” Ashley seemed like she couldn’t care less. Whenever i called to get my ordered replaced i got greeted with incredibly rude and unprofessional service then got hung up on.

I recently moved from Florida to Indiana Evansville. I have never had a problem with email confirmations till I got here and I ordered my stuff online but it asked for confirmation.
I have no qualms with the store but I do have a problem with the dominoes app.
If I make an order I would like to be able to pick up or deliver on time.
If I had other cravings as to what I want to eat am sure I would just pay and receive.
If am ready to pay and you can't deliver then we have a misunderstanding about the consumer and busines relationship.
Please get this look into as soon as possible or I will take it to corporate.

Worst management customer service I’ve ever experienced!! Ordered our pizza, it finally came after at least 40 minutes later. We live within 5 minutes drive time. The pizza was delivered with no sticker on name on the box. We only order one. Yet we ended up with a completely wrong pizza. Then say it will be 30 minutes more and give back the wrong pizza with zero compensation for their mess up. Ended up canceling and asking for a full refund. Of course that will take 5 days even though it takes them seconds to take the money and give the wrong item anyway. A little kindness and being respectful goes a long way. Do better!

Even though I do NOT like dominoes pizza the employees are friendly and the pizza was better then I remembered.
Waited at the counter for 10min with 8 employees inside. No one came to me when I was first in line waiting. 2 employees were standing by the oven doing absolutely nothing. The lady at counter answered the phone when I walked in and ignored me. Clearly you should help the customer walking in that you see instead of answering a phone. Terrible service and terrible manager to not see what was happening and address it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! I placed an order at 1:28pm and it’s now 2:57pm and still no delivery. The estimated wait time was only 30mins at the time I placed the order. The tracker shows it’s been in quality check for an hour. I tried calling, but no one answers the call. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first time having a problem with this store. UPDATE: Finally got the order at 3:26pm AND IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER.

Same thing every time I try to order from this location. I tried to use a free pizza they gave me from the last time it took over 2 hours to deliver 1 pizza. It is again getting close to the 2 hour mark, of course the store won’t answer the phone so there is no one to communicate with that my food is over an hour late. Never again dominos I don’t care how many free pizzas you give me or how hard you advertise to me, I will never order here again.
