One of the best Dominos location in the city. The food is so good, always fresh and made correctly to order. Service is always great and the restaurant is always clean. On the very rare occasion that I have ever had an issue over the past 8 years, they have always made it right.

The last three times i’ve ordered, my food was messed up. The orders have been for multiple people but every time my food is not what I ordered, that has to be by chance and I’ll give First Avenue Domino’s the benefit of the doubt there. But what I won’t give them is the first order i made, i got buffalo chicken pasta, i was delivered chicken pasta with no sauce in it. Second order : Buffalo chicken sandwhich with no onions, i bit into a buffalo chicken sandwhich with onions all over it. Third order : Buffalo chicken pizza, you’d think they could handle this one, no. I bit into a chicken alfredo pizza. Beyond disappointed.

This place is trash. Lost our order and nobody picked up a phone to let us know. When we called after an hour and a half, they canceled our order even though they said it would be re-made. Then they talked on another 45 minutes for delivery.

I ordered from this store 3 hours ago and was quoted an estimated time of 35-45 minutes and I've still yet to receive my order. The phone is busy and the one time I did get through after 45 minutes of sitting on hold I was hung up on! I just want my money refunded at this point!
I want to thank Nick at this location for excellent customer service. He was both patient and knowledgeable about his products and policy. I will order here again if for nothing else than the high quality customer service.

I recently ordered a New York-style pizza from Domino's, but I was extremely disappointed to receive a regular large pizza instead. The crust was thick and doughy, completely unlike the thin, crispy crust I was expecting. The flavor was also off, lacking the distinct taste of a true New York pizza. Overall, this was a huge letdown, and I won't be ordering from Domino's again if they can't get the basics right. One star.
