I love Donatos but they really need more training on reading special instructions. I do not like tavern cut because the middle pieces are messy and squirt sauce everywhere. I literally always request pie cut slices and light sauce.. out of all the times I have ordered from here (maybe 30 times over 2 years) and out of those times, I have maybe received pie cut slices 3 times and once because I called ahead and reminded them. They usually are better about light sauce, I've maybe had that done correctly about half the time. I never reorder or complain because I'm hungry and I don't feel like waiting another 20 minutes for the one I ordered but at this point, I'm going to have to stop coming here because I can't continue to pay for a whole pizza to only be able to eat 65% of it.
Please work on training your employees to read special instructions and maybe I'll come back, until then I'll drive the extra 15 minutes for local that listens.

Food was mediocre, but pleasantly surprised by staff. A young girl named Angie (I asked for her name) was the most sweetest young lady I could ever meet. Was so polite and very understanding if I recommend this place to anyone it would be for that young lady.

Worst pizza I ever had waited almost 2 hours for delivery driver to show up with a pizza way overcharged due to DoorDash forgot half my order

The last several times we have been the pizza has not been very good. This time topped it. We ordered light sauce on the cheese pizza and the sauce was goosing out. It looked as if it had extra sauce. Then we had sausage, pepperoni, and mushroom pizza and asked for to well done. The pizza was definitely not well done as you can see.

Donatos has a unique flavor and boasts a good quality for a pizza chain. The service was kind and reliable. The location was fun and comfortable to eat in.
I am new to the area, so I am unsure how it compares to local pizza eateries. However, I believe it is a good option for consistent quality.

I didn't know they had great daily specials until I ordered carryout and went in to pick up my order. They gladly adjusted my bill to reflect that day's special (20% off), and thr pizzas and bread were great.

This place is pricey, but figured it must be good pizza after seeing the reviews so gave it a shot.

The "Hand tossed" pizza is not hand tossed i highly doubt any hands were used in making it. , little Caesars has fresher dough.

The thin crust pizza crust also seems like anything you can get out of the freezer section of your local grocery store.

The sauce, I think is just an opened can of tomato paste.

The cheese and veggies on the works pizza were the only things that were not bad. Even the sausage was bland and chewy.

Cost $70 for two pizzas, and bread sticks. the Asiago bread sticks were actually good, but not good enough to look past how horrible the pizza was.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. Took 45 mins to give me a pizza it took 10 min to make. I sat up front watching my pizza sit there on the oven roller rack and they just kept walking past it, looking at me like I'm bothering them. Absolutely ridiculous. Never coming back here again.
