I tried Donatos Pizza for the first time and it was incredible. I ordered the Hot Chicken pizza, and while it was $15 for a small 10-inch, the quality made it worth it. The toppings were evenly spread out, each slice had the same amount of flavor, the crust was just right, and the flavor was on point. You can tell they care about making a good pizza. The guy who rang up my order and prepared the food was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely come back!

They made a fantastic gluten-free pepperoni pizza. Nice friendly guys! We're big fans of Donotos. Great pizza and wings.

1st time trying, did the meat lovers large pizza and cheese bread. It was nice to have a different type of pizza and cheese bread. Drive thru was quick and easy.

Not sure who's in charge but you take an order after I asked do you deliver to hotel I'm staying at.confirmed yes .gave estimate time of approx 30 min.now callback states I should contact doordash to find out when pizza is arriving.

I love Donatos but they really need more training on reading special instructions. I do not like tavern cut because the middle pieces are messy and squirt sauce everywhere. I literally always request pie cut slices and light sauce.. out of all the times I have ordered from here (maybe 30 times over 2 years) and out of those times, I have maybe received pie cut slices 3 times and once because I called ahead and reminded them. They usually are better about light sauce, I've maybe had that done correctly about half the time. I never reorder or complain because I'm hungry and I don't feel like waiting another 20 minutes for the one I ordered but at this point, I'm going to have to stop coming here because I can't continue to pay for a whole pizza to only be able to eat 65% of it.
Please work on training your employees to read special instructions and maybe I'll come back, until then I'll drive the extra 15 minutes for local that listens.
