I love Donatos but they really need more training on reading special instructions. I do not like tavern cut because the middle pieces are messy and squirt sauce everywhere. I literally always request pie cut slices and light sauce.. out of all the times I have ordered from here (maybe 30 times over 2 years) and out of those times, I have maybe received pie cut slices 3 times and once because I called ahead and reminded them. Food was mediocre, but pleasantly surprised by staff. A young girl named Angie (I asked for her name) was the most sweetest young lady I could ever meet. Was so polite and very understanding if I recommend this place to anyone it would be for that young lady.

The last several times we have been the pizza has not been very good. This time topped it. We ordered light sauce on the cheese pizza and the sauce was goosing out. It looked as if it had extra sauce. Then we had sausage, pepperoni, and mushroom pizza and asked for to well done. The pizza was definitely not well done as you can see.
