It's tasty when things aren't haphazardly tossed in a bag to get all over each other. My donuts this morning got cinnamon all over them, making them inedible to me because, and apparently this is normal here, they do not put the donut paper between things, like is common in every other donut place I've been and worked. You're wearing gloves? What is getting on the paper besides donut?So, there's a caution. Make sure to mention if you can't have something touching something else.
I went through the drive-thru on 12/9 transaction #1869138 and ordered half a dozen donuts and two milks. The staff was friendly and courteous. However, every single one of the donuts were stale. Everybody took one or two bites and threw it away. I've always had good experiences with Donut Bank, but not today.

Since my last post (on bottom) Ben and Alex have gone above and beyond to make things right. They have apologized and more than Reimbursed me for my coffee. I may have to wait for blue berry coffee to come back, but I'm ready for highlandergrog. Thank you guys again.Went through the drive through this morning, ordered a HOT coffee, went to grab it from the drive through worker and the lid was not on all the way, and it spilled all over me and my car. The worker stood there and stared. I had to ask for napkins, my coffee wasn't replaced..she just asked what color lid was on my cup and gave me a different lid. My hand was very burnt along with my leg, not to mention over half of my coffee was gone. Won't be going back.
