WHYYY did they get rid of the chocolate cake donuts?? Those were the only thing my family eats from there. We tried the chocolate donut balls and they were dry and stale!!!! So were the fondant cookies. What’s going on …..

Nicest interior of all the Donut Banks that I've been in so far. Coffee could be smelled at the entryway before even opening the lobby door. Smelled delicious!!! Friendly service. Selection wasn't huge, but we did go inside after 4pm. Long John was on spot with chocolate & nuts, and chocolate glazed Donut with sprinkles was fine. The Two together was definitely too much sugar with not purchasing milk nor fresh coffee to enjoy it with.

I’m not sure why I keep going back.. convenient maybe. The doughnuts are always throw in a bag no wax paper and glaze all over the other doughnuts.. messy. Just got glazed this morning and the whole doughnut was just wet.. not glazed, just wet. Rebranding wasn’t what you needed, quality in your product and consistency.

I love Donut Bank and am a loyal customer. However, today I wasted precious calories! I've been anxious to try the almond bear claw. I LOVE almond! I was terribly disappointed! It was very sweet and I tasted NO almond flavor whatsoever! Today was the 1st time I've ever been disappointed.
