The way the management treats homeless people is disgusting and sickening. This homeless woman came in to buy some cookies and they immediately asked her to leave even though she had money in her hand and wasn’t asking anyone for anything, she just wanted to buy cookies. They immediately threatened calling the police. She wasn’t bothering anyone. I understand that they’ve had past issues with her asking people for money but she was not doing that. Kindness and respect is what that woman deserved not immediately right off the bat screamed and belittled they didn’t even let words come out of her mouth. This is disappointing and I will not be returning to THIS donut bank. Do better management.

St Joe location has been my go to donut and coffee stop for 25 years. The last six months.... they are out of the donuts, bagels or muffins that I'm looking for 80% of the time..... and many times, relatively early in the morning. And to boot, more often than not it's the delight that I'm picking up for my wife that is out of stock. Never, ever been like this before.I love the Donut Bank, and the Kempf family....... but my wife's happiness is more important than loyalty. ? May have to try something different.

Food is always good. Only real issue is they were out of cheese bagels by 9 AM. We come by here every Sunday for coffee, bagels, and donuts. Each week they are either out of cheese bagels by 9AM or we get the last one.Make more of that cheese bagel goodness!

Used to get cherry ? Danish with whole cherries covering 75%. Got one today only cherry gel no cherries and only 33% covered.Do not change a good thing, raise the price & go back to the old way.Eric from Lombard IL

Absolutely worst donuts I have ever had! Worst variety!! Absolutely disgusted that Donut Bank is the only nasty donut around!? I see one every where I look. They are all horrible! Bring back mom n pop donut shops! This is an absolute disgrace that they have been allowed to dominate and spread so many of their businesses with such inferior products! Please rid Evansville of Donut Banks!

The coffee and chai latte were both good. I ordered a medium with extra espresso but instead got a large. Not a huge deal of course, but they need to be a little tighter on getting things correct.Taste was good though and the lady working was super nice ?

Literally have gotten a glazed donut with white icing added on tons of times and they all of a sudden wouldn’t do it. Terrible customer service if you ask me.
