Visited April 27th 2025 at around 2 I think. It’s close to our house. My wife said it’s our last trip. lol. It’s the same with a lot of places. Now a days u give people who don’t really want a job. A job with low paying wage. It’s a recipe for disaster. It’s a throw away job with most of the places. Girl didn’t care what we wanted. I just wanted to get out. It’s sad.

Visiting Evansville and being excited for a taste of home to take back to Kansas with us….at the drive through this morning, it’s one thing to be out of the first 4 items we attempted to order, but it’s a whole other thing to be rude and snarky when you make a change to your order quantity due to the prices not being updated on the menu board. Pretty unreal that the drive through person would give such attitude to someone right after informing them that nothing we actually want is available. Definitely taints the nostalgia of visiting when making an Evansville trip.

I love Donut Bank and am a loyal customer. However, today I wasted precious calories! I've been anxious to try the almond bear claw. I LOVE almond! I was terribly disappointed! It was very sweet and I tasted NO almond flavor whatsoever! Today was the 1st time I've ever been disappointed.

You would be better off getting some donuts made by the deli at a grocery store. These donuts are nasty. Have yet to hit a donut bank that did not have nasty donuts.

Donut Bank is the go-to place for delicious, fresh donuts and mochas at a reasonable price. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable! I highly recommend any of the more than 10 outlets in Evansville and Henderson!

they do not know how to make an iced vanilla coffee. when i told the manager that my coffee has tasted like water the past two times she argued with me and acted like she was the one that made the drink. just go to dunkin they actually know how to make a coffee

After patronizing the DV for several years, I have never seen such horrible customer service. I walked in just before closing and stood at the counter for about 3mins. There was only one customer who was seated, enjoying a pastry and a beverage. No one was at the counter, nor insight. After I said "Hello" (in an outside voice), two young associates appeared from the back. "Kylie" rushed to the counter saying, "Sorry, we did not hear you come in." After placing my order, I asked to purchase a gift card..When I asked for a sleeve to put it in, Kylie said, We don't have any." I asked for the item to be deleted from my total. Kylie then said, Uhh I don't know how to do that." I said, find someone to figure it out. After pressing a few buttons on the POS machine, it was done..THEN she had the nerve to place my drink on the counter with agitated force and said, "There ya go!" Wow!DB management must be hard up for good help. I don't think Kylie understands that patrons help pay her wages. Won't spend money there anymore!
