After submitting a complaint through the website, I quickly got a thoughtful response from the Vice President with a proactive resolution.
Donut Bank's swift action truly made an impact on me. I'm genuinely impressed by their dedication to excellence. They took my complaint and turned it into an opportunity to surprise and delight. With service like this, they've certainly earned a loyal customer in me!

You would be better off getting some donuts made by the deli at a grocery store. These donuts are nasty. Have yet to hit a donut bank that did not have nasty donuts.

they do not know how to make an iced vanilla coffee. when i told the manager that my coffee has tasted like water the past two times she argued with me and acted like she was the one that made the drink. just go to dunkin they actually know how to make a coffee

After patronizing the DV for several years, I have never seen such horrible customer service. I walked in just before closing and stood at the counter for about 3mins. There was only one customer who was seated, enjoying a pastry and a beverage. No one was at the counter, nor insight. After I said "Hello" (in an outside voice), two young associates appeared from the back. "Kylie" rushed to the counter saying, "Sorry, we did not hear you come in." After placing my order, I asked to purchase a gift card..When I asked for a sleeve to put it in, Kylie said, We don't have any." I asked for the item to be deleted from my total. Kylie then said, Uhh I don't know how to do that." I said, find someone to figure it out. After pressing a few buttons on the POS machine, it was done..THEN she had the nerve to place my drink on the counter with agitated force and said, "There ya go!" Wow!DB management must be hard up for good help. I don't think Kylie understands that patrons help pay her wages. Won't spend money there anymore!

This location has a large parking lot and also offers a drive thru. They have a few tables and high top tables if you wish to enjoy your donuts there. I went in and got a dozen assorted donuts to go and service was fast and friendly. The donuts were nice and fresh and very good. There were a few people coming and going as I was there and everyone was leaving with a smile on their face. They have a few different drink options to choose from if you so desire. Definitely recommend coming here for your donut fix!

Princeton Donut Bank...I came through the drive thru and wanted a Chai tea latte. All they had left was a Spice Chai...I said okay I will try that. It is absolutely delicious. The spice is perfect for the Chai. Thank you.

Donut Bank is the go-to place for delicious, fresh donuts and mochas at a reasonable price. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable! I highly recommend any of the more than 10 outlets in Evansville and Henderson!
