I went in today, to get my usual decaffeinated coffee, and it tasted like they made it hours ago. Just because I drink decaffeinated coffee, doesn't mean I don't deserve TASTY donut bank coffee! ALSO, if you're going to have people work there that are not cherry and friendly, then you have to talk to them about their patient expressions. I've never felt more uncomfortable. They look like robots.
Do better! I'm telling everyone I know the boycott the store.

Went there, lady asked the same question 3 times, I answered the same answer everytime. She then gets mad and talks shit with her co worker. They didn’t realize I could hear them through the drive through speaker. Will not be coming back to this location.

The lady working there wanted me to wait in line to get my doordash order that was already ready and sitting on the counter.

Their coffee is the best and their customer service is top-notch! I don't go anywhere else for coffee and they are my go-to for pastry treats to share at work!
Love, love, love having a location on northern Green River road!! This location is fast, friendly. The added touch of asking for the customers reward number at order placement is an added bonus!! Thank you!!!

We love donut bank donuts and coffee, but they have got to get a new cookie recipe. I don't know what's in that icing, but it does not taste good at all, and the cookie itself is hard and flavorless.
I got a free one for my birthday, and it did not taste good, so I had my son and husband taste it, and they both agreed.
We threw the rest away in the trash.
We're also very upset that we can no longer have our maple bacon donuts. We have not been back, and we won't be back until we hear that the maple bacon doughnut is back.

The donuts and cookies are Always fresh and melt in your mouth
A bit overpriced for very basic items. I paid about $23 for a bagel, cream cheese (ordered but never got), and 16 oz iced tea.
I went there today to get some donuts as a thank you treat. The young gentleman that helped me was incredibly kind, friendly and professional.
No other donut place can conpair to The Donut Bank!!!!

I moved in catty-corner to this Donut Bank off of Blackford a little over a year ago. I prefer to always go to this one because they are the best in town. They are friendly, quick, and make great lattes. My fiance and I like to walk over there on weekend mornings for a bagel and a coffee and we're always met with such a kind staff.
Overrated. Don’t know why everyone around here is obsessed with this place it’s not that good. Maybe it’s just a local folks thing. The bakery across the street has way better donuts and pastries for lower price and they’re freshly made

I love Donut Bank and am a loyal customer. However, today I wasted precious calories! I've been anxious to try the almond bear claw. I LOVE almond! I was terribly disappointed! It was very sweet and I tasted NO almond flavor whatsoever! Today was the 1st time I've ever been disappointed.
