This time, I told them two different times, that I wanted a splash of almond milk and one pump of caramel creamer. This coffee is cold and there's no taste of caramel. I guess I'm going to have to contact the franchise owners to be taken seriously.

To the owner: I love the coffee and the doughnuts at doughnut bank, but was told I could not get my highlander grog as an iced coffee because they were not allowed/not supposed to. I know I have gotten it iced at many other locations in town without any fit being raised about it. I do not understand this rule because shouldn’t you want to make your customer happy especially if it’s something as small as just making my coffee an iced coffee instead of hot?

I love Donut Bank and am a loyal customer. However, today I wasted precious calories! I've been anxious to try the almond bear claw. I LOVE almond! I was terribly disappointed! It was very sweet and I tasted NO almond flavor whatsoever! Today was the 1st time I've ever been disappointed.
