Whoever Kim is racist. Never in my life in this day an age have I've been made to feel like racism was still prominent. Never again will I be back at donut Bank been a customer for 15 years every morning not after this am.

The worst place to work. The managers think bullying is funny and people quitting because of it also. They will count all call ins against you regardless of the case and provided doctors note. My cousins fiance died and they wouldnt allow him time off and told him since its a no fault companty they would fire him if he called in. They eventually fired him because he wouldnt talk a lot. Which im sure is a infringement on his freedom of speech. My cousin is a naturally quiet guy and drsling with the love of his wife dying woul render anyone mute. Who knew you needed to talk to make donut and ice them.Jordan and Tyler that work there are the biggest kiss a$$e$ on the planet.

Great service and atmosphere but not a fan of the new cake donuts at all. I used love stopping for a tiger tail and blueberry cake donut with a milk or coffee after an early shift but the new cake donuts are terrible. The last one I had tasted almost burnt and greasy. Decided to try it again in case it was a fluke and my cake donuts were hard and fell apart when I took a bite. The flavor somehow seemed unevenly distributed, like the batter wasn't mixed all the way or something. These experience were from different locations, so it's not just one of them.
Dropped by to pick up some donuts for the guys at work. The place literally looks like a bank, and the donut selection is good. There are is also a Merch section inside, which sets this place apart from other donut shops I've been in. I told the ladies at the counter I had never been in but wanted a good mixed selection for the guys, and they hooked me up with "long John's", Bismarcks and crullers. They even gave me a sample of the special donut ball for the month "cinnamon swirl", which was moist and hit me in the face with a cinnamon punch. Cute, local place with airy, delightful donuts. 5 stars
