A very very delicious iced caramel latte and 2 Bavarian Cream donuts. My latte was very delicious because I asked for an iced coffee that had lots of caramel...and this did!!

It's convenient and the prices are reasonable the problem is you can order the same drink or item at any given day and come back the next day order the same thing and it will taste and be completely different there seems to be no monitoring of the ingredients that are put in anything and it's a luck of the draw with the staff some of the staff is very friendly and some of them are not I'm not sure that I'll be visiting this location again

This location knows and greets me by my name, they make everything fresh and it’s hot when you get it and never mess up my coffee..always a very pleasant experience
Horrible location. I went through the drive-thru just trying to get a coffee The employee spoke extremely fast and when I politely asked him to repeat himself, he didn’t. I began to place my order anyway and was abruptly cut off with a very rude “WHAT SIZE?” said in a tone that was completely uncalled for. I was so uncomfortable enough to the point that I just drove off without finishing my order. It doesn’t cost anything to treat customers with basic respect. I hope management sees this and reminds staff that kindness goes a long way.

I go to this Dunkin regularly and this morning unfortunately I encountered the most disrespectful associate. From being impatient with me using Apple Pay to snatching my phone out of my hand when I was handing him the phone to use Apple Pay as my payment method. I’m disgusted in his behavior and I no longer plan on supporting this location. I will drive further out to another Dunkin’ to receive respectful customer service from any associate that is put at the window.

Everytime i get coffee from either Green River rd locations i ALWAYS have grounds in my coffee and i dont mean just a little. Clean your coffee machines better!! The broken english that some of the drive thru cashiers use is also a problem when they mumble through the speaker. Fix it! Do better!!
