Every time we visit this Baskin Robins they are out of SO many flavors. In addition, the cones sometimes are stale. We've given them several tries but things aren't getting better unfortunately. The servers aren't the least but apologetic after telling you they are out of half the flavors either. We'll go elsewhere for ice cream I guess.

Staff were incredibly rude and impatient. We did not enjoy our food or drinks. We tried to sit down while we waited for our order but we felt so uncomfortable there that we went out and waited in our car. Table and bathroom were both dirty.

Went through the drive thru, it was fast, although all I got was a med hot chocolate, had to pull forward, I could understand if you had to create a special hot chocolate , but mine came out of a machine that mixes it for you!! It cost $3.19, and the cup was not full, see photo!!! Probably will not go back.

Terrible customer service! I placed an order online for a cookie dough polar pizza and when I got there to pick it they were sold out of that flavor. I did take an oreo because I was there and didn't have time to stop anywhere else. I asked to speak to a manager and was told to come back tomorrow because she leaves at noon. I was not called or notified in anyway before getting to the store that they couldn't fill my order which is unacceptable that no one could make the time to place a simple phone call. Would not recommend this establishment and will not be back.

The morning crew at this Dunkin is amazing! I hate giving a bad review because they are so good. However, the afternoon crew is horrendous. This is the third time I have ordered bacon avocado toast and gotten hot bread.
