I went there for Long John's. Coconut & Chocolate cream filled. Ended up with a box of regular doughnuts. Some had toasted coconut. They were not even good.

Today's Dunkin Donut's aren't like yester-years Dunkin. I purchased the creme filled donut with expectations of fresh powdered sugar goodness only to get a donut that looked and tasted like day old donut.Things sure have changed in the present time. I sure miss the old days Dunkin!

They don't carry all the BR ice cream flavors, so my favorite can only be bought as a take home container. Both times I went, it was sold out. My wife enjoyed hers while I got nothing. But thanks, it helps my waist line. Lol

4 employees and not one to service us. Waited 20 mins and you couldn't even see the display to order.
I ordered an iced mocha latte with almond milk for my sister and got a totally different order. Some kinda cookie and cream coffee that didn't even have the almond milk in it..But the employees need to pay more attention to the orders.

The workers need to be more careful when someone orders DECAF. People order decaf for a lot of reasons, the main one is allergies! Im allergic to caffeine and I asked for decaf, I did NOT get decaf. Have your workers take a moment to double check that it’s decaf or not, I promise the little time that takes is not worth someone’s life.

Very unprofessional employees & it took a while before anyone spoke to us to take our order & there wasn't anyone in line but us, guy had hickies all over his neck, donut selection was slim, every donut was awfully dry, the donut holes couldn't be purchased by a dozen & the blueberry donut holes tasted like they were made at least a week ago, son went back to the counter and out of three employees none acknowledged him, and the donuts were so dry our tongues felt like we licked a desert in the middle of summer in the heat of the day!!!

Dunkin needs to put labels on their food. I went in and ordered a chocolate chip muffin. They gave me a blueberry muffin. I'm deathly allergic to blueberries. I mentioned to the staff I received a blueberry muffin. They were annoyed and said "we don't have chocolate chip muffins they're out." So I mentioned that Im allergic to blueberries and if I eat that muffin I'm going to the hospital. They said "Sorry our blueberry muffins look like our chocolate chip muffins". I mean personally I think of you're going to have something in the store that could be a good allergy you would label it so it doesn't become a bigger issue later like someone going to the hospital and then they have to pay money out of their pocket for hospital bills.
