Michelle was very friendly and professional. She resolved anything that we were questionable concerning. We were uncertain about some things regarding what we were receiving though she made for sure we received exactly what we wanted and was prompt within her service. The bread sticks were delicious and fresh. The rest of the food we ordered was as well. . Michelle went above and beyond to make sure that we had a truly pleasant experience and was very bubbly and personable. It is hard to come across a person that practices such customer service skills. If we are in the area again we will be sure to stop back through.

I placed my order at the register and came up a little short in my money. Gentlemen, behind the counter on the register, reached in his own pocket and pulled out enough money to make the difference. I was at the store in evansville, indiana on weston road. I believe his name was Terrence. It was at three fifty 78 p m on eight sixteen twenty twenty five. It was truly a very unselfish act on his part. But it made a big impression on me. It didn't matter that he was black.And I am white, he looked at me as someone in need and responded out of compassion. He is a great attribute to that store. I have always felt that when someone goes over and above what is expected of them, they should be recognized. His selfless act was truly over and above, in my opinion.

Messed up my order then continued to argue over the phone when I called to correct a simple mistake. I was then hung up on. Horrible service and a even worse representation of the franchise. Save your time, money, and the headache. So many restaurants around, I would advise choosing a different place to dine.
