Word of advice I've said this everytime I've gone in there to pickup our mobile order to put the food behind counter and have a receipt number to get it. YOUR MOBILE STATION IS OPEN SEASON. I came tonight to grab our food it was taken by someone claiming to be Uber eats. All I gotta do is walk in grab it and go. This mistake cost you 40 tnght. Great food they remade food fast not employees fault it's a store policy issue.

Ordered online got to pick up my food they wouldn't give me my order said if u place a order at a certain time it automatically schedules for next day I asked for a refund they wouldn't give me a refund. Was told to do through app. App won't give a refund says to contact store. Itsa shame bc they have excellent sandwiches but terrible customer service experience

When I walked in the boy who was helping me was so polite but while I was looking at the menu I was listening to the manager (Tiffany at that time) talk to him. And I would NEVER have my kid working there the way she was speaking down to the employees was absolutely awful!!! She made the atmosphere so uncomfortable and I didn’t want to come back due to the unwelcoming attitude. Had that been my kid I would have gone up there and had words with her. She was just unbelievably rude and just over all such a poor attitude. It makes me sad seeing how what was once such a good store hire such poor management…

A little LETTUCE would be good when ordered on your $15.00 sandwiches. A pinch with 10 shreds of lettuce on a LARGE sub is absolutely ridiculous. Ill be contacting corp for a credit. A little less talking and fking off and maybe your employees would make orders correctly. I KNEW I should have went with Jersey Mikes. Never had an issue with them, EVER
