We usually have a good experience at Freddy’s but tonight changed that. We were rudely met at the drive thru window by a young lady who nicely put, lacked any customer service skills. She took our payment then closed the window and proceeded to take a video of us on her phone. She was very rude with her mannerisms & we will not be returning because of this.
Waited in the drive thru for an hour. Not busy.
