Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The service here is one of those places that once you order and sit for 2 minutes, you immediately regret all of your life decisions. The food is okay. Occasionally you'll deal with an employee who is understanding and apologetic, but this place is a disaster. I've literally never had a good experience at this Freddy's and have been times I considered walking out without a refund. There are way too many decent burger joints around to deal with the chaos that is trying to get a meal here.

Great customer service and food was hot when received. Only issue was seasoning on burger was too salty. Fries were great!

Oh my, what a Wonderful Place the East Side Freddie's is. I know just about everyone there by name, and I am always greeted with a smiling face. The people that work there are always in a good mood, and I see why, smelling those delicious burgers all day!! The desserts are awesome too!! This particular day I tried I think was #4, the Patty Melt on Rye. Really good, but the #2 Bacon Cheeseburger remains my favorite! You just gotta try the Brownie Concrete, Super Delicious!!!

Love Freddy's!! Food is great, service very good. However, I've been there twice recently, and it has been extremely COLD inside. Not a pleasant dining environment.

I love the burgers and fries. Customer service was on spot as well as the appearance of the store and staff. I frequent this store often because I have always had excellent service & the food is always good.
Kudos to the GM of this store because it certainly shows .
