Ordered a double cheeseburger basket. Fries were cold burger burnt to crisp not edible, toppings were hardly present. One piece of onion, one piece of lettuce folded in half and a tiny bit of mayo. No packets of ketchup for my fries. I took the food and threw it in the garbage. The girl who took my order sounded like a robot. The experience was awful. I will never go back and will spread the word about my experience. Btw- I don’t do reviews, never have in my whole life. This is my first one ever so you know it must of been bad!!!

Ordered cheeseburger dressed, onion rings and strawberry waffle cone. Received everything but cheeseburger. Tried nu.erous times to call, no answer. Went back and spoke with manager and he said sorry and used the same sandwich I brought back and I received a burnt burger with a tiny piece of cheese. I will never be back.

Great burger and fries! The ice cream was delicious too.
It wasn't the cleanest. Hair in our food and kids just not paying attention to customers behind the counter. The baby changing station needs replacement as all the metal hardware is rusted so I refused to use that. Don't think we will be returning anytime soon.

I haven't had bad food from here ever and I've been going to this place for 40 years. Service is above average. Quality goes up and down as workers come and go. Pretty much run by high school kids. Atmosphere is retro same as all if them and I like that. My only suggestion is for them to get a stronger wider straw to drink their milk shakes with.
