We love Ritzy’s but we’re really grossed out to watch the person prepping our food handle her phone multiple times with her gloves and turn right back and handle our food. 🤢

I absolutely love Ritzy's food. However, the girl cutting strawberries today for the PB&Js kept playing on her phone with gloves on, and then going right back to cutting. Everyone knows phones are one of the dirtiest things we touch on a daily basis. If that wasn't bad enough, another employee did the same thing but with a dirty rag from the bathroom. Employees need to be trained on cross contamination and proper food safety procedures.

Stopped on Saturday for a quick lunch placed my order, had to wait on my fires, yeah that means food will be hot!!! NOT hamburger was not as ordered, and not Only hamburgers not hot the fries that we had to wait in was not even warm!

Was told the milkshake machine was out of service because they had already cleaned it for the night 30 minutes before closing time. The gentleman taking my order asked me what size and a lady cut him off and said it was out of service that it was already cleaned for the night.
Was there two days prior and the customer service is atrocious to be honest. Won’t waste my time or money at either location again. Going back through the reviews.. completely makes sense. Foods not as good as it was years ago anyway!

Staff was friendly and the food was good. It was a little cold in the building but that’s ok. I was most pleased with my children’s meals, because my kids can occasionally be slightly picky. My son got a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with real nuts and real strawberry on Texas toast. It made me wish that I had ordered one. And my daughter got a grilled cheese which she loved. Me and my wife enjoyed our burgers and I recommend the onion rings. The ice cream was delicious as always.
