Whenever I attended this establishment, I was poorly attended to by a young lady with dark hair and a shorter stature. Her service left much to be desired, as she mumbled questions and kept a sour look on her face throughout my entire order. While I was eating, she stood in the corner on her phone the entire time, partially destroying the timely atmosphere provided by GD Ritzys. I would not recommend attending this establishment in particular whenever this employee is present.

Food was as always, great. The biggest problem is the way the place is laid out. The entrances are on both sides of the building which are at the ends of the space in front of the counter. The condiment station is precariously set at one end and becomes an area of congestion and hazards. There's not a big enough place to put more than one tray. Which is already a task to carry after the cashier / server / hostess has loaded it down with all of the food and mainly the unwieldy soft drinks. Then there's the elevated dining area that has chrome separation bars, which add to the awkward layout of the dining area.
Oh…..where do I even begin. My server, Josiah, yes Josiah, was the absolute best server in my 26 professional years of food tasting experience. He has perfected his craft of serving, to the point where I felt like I was a king in Ancient Greece being praised by his peasant servant. His immaculate kindness, serving skills, and professionalism was outstanding. Give TS man a raise!!! He did NOT pmo!!!

Boo. I have been going to GD ritzy since I was a kid and getting chunky dory fudge ice cream. I haven't been here since my grandma died and they nolonger have chuck dory fudge. I changed my review. I can understand why you stopped carry it if the supplier stopped making it. I have many great memories sorry to see it nit avaliable

It was good as always, it would be nice to get more in a junior scoop of ice-cream, especially with prices being higher everywhere! Give the people more, you might sell lot more of it if you give more for your money! ( just my opinion) we also could use a GD Ritzys in Princeton, Indiana. With TMMI,and surrounding subsidiary businesses, I believe it would do so well there!
