The girl with the long braids had Horrible attitude and lacking any personality. They just line food up on the counter and the customer has to figure out if their order is ready rather than the staff calling out an order number. The food was bland. Will never come back.

Fun atmosphere and staff seem nice. Food was not great but the chocolate old fashioned soda I got was yummy. I'd recommend for ice cream/desserts definitely but not as much for food. My burger was dry and bland - mediocre at the very best. But again, ice cream was good.

First time coming to one of these, place has a great atmosphere and awesome food. Both ice cream and burgers are superb! Will definitely come back when I find myself in Evansville in the future.

OK, GDR is a great place to have in the community. That being said, maybe it is time to do some more training at this location. I say that with the understanding that customer service is going in the toilet these days anyway, HOWEVER, upon entering the store it was very busy. The line was moving decently, but slow enough I found myself watching the workers. All over the prep surface were dirty rags and on more than one occasion, as the prepared food was slid to the left to be wrapped, I saw the rag touch the food. Now that is enough to gross anyone out and even be a violation BUT I have worked food service and grew up with where the five second rule didn't apply so I was fine and had said I would just call and mention it to a manager being more informative rather than attacking and causing a scene. Now we are at the front of the line well prepared to place an order give the amount of time we had in line. That's when it got silly. Cashier stopped taking orders, probably to let the queued orders get filled but didn't even acknowledge our existence. She stood there to the left of the register just watching the prep line...no "hey, welcome in, give me a moment, and we will be right with you" or "sorry, I'll grab your order in just a moment" or even a passing glance. We just stood there....waiting...three feet from the cashier.
We just agreed to leave. I am not saying that I will not be back, I'm saying I'm just disappointed in this experience.

The little girl working the counter was not even remotely productive, and when it was our turn, she didn’t even acknowledge us when we were next in line for five minutes. We also witnessed cleaning rags left on the counter top next to ready to eat food, and kitchen workers wiping their gloved hands on their clothes.
Our family won’t be back to this location.

GD RITZY’S/GREEN RIVER RD- THE WORSE!! I ordered a grilled chicken salad on 10/8/24. I told the gentleman at the drive thru window that the drive thru menu light is not on. Plus none of the outside lights or the building lights are not on as well. It looks like you guys are NOT open for Business, he’s like thats the point. I pulled out of the drive thru, then noticed they didn’t even put grilled chicken on the salad. I had to pull back around and wait in the drive thru longer. I told them at the window that my salad didn’t have any chicken on it. He just gives me a cup of 8 little pieces of chicken in it. SERIOUSLY!!! The lettuce was all watery and brown. The salad just looked GROSS! 🤢 I took a picture of the little side of chicken, but not able to post the picture. I DEFINITELY wouldn’t recommend the grilled chicken salad!

You get more for your money here than practically anywhere else nowadays - especially for the flavor and texture of a handmade burger. Two scoops of ice cream is more like two and a half. It's a good deal.
The place was better staffed than any fast food kitchen I've personally worked in. Got the burger on the tray pretty much instantly - just had to wait a minute or less on a bag of fresh fries.

Ordered 2 dips of butter pecan ice cream in cake cones. 2 dips equaled 1, cone was stale, there was no pecans or cashews in the ice cream.

Im not sure why I keep trying this place. The food is ok, but the service is terrible.
I got a Cool Deal meal today. It comes with an ice cream coupon for dessert. When I asked for my coupon, i was told to come back and she would remember me. She went on to say "I dont want to go get the coupons" and then she laughed. On top of that,my order was wrong! Unprofessional behavior. I do not know how they stay open.

Penny was very unpleasant to several guests in a row. She wouldn't wait on some to get ice cream so we ordered ice cream with our food. This apparently wasn't ehat she wanted either as we got snapped at for doing so. She never welcomed us in nor offered a receipt. When we asked for it, she said we don't offer those. If people want it they have to ask for it. After we sat down, she loudly was telling other employees that we asked for a receipt. Everyone in the restaurant was looking. She was told it was unprofessional to talk about patrons. She continued to do so anyway ...disturbing other patrons.

Service is nice, food is okay for a fast food restaurant, but oh lord their prices have gone way up. My friend and I ordered two grilled cheeses, two chicken sandwiches and two malts and it costed $35???? Fast food is meant to be cheap, ya'll.... their food isn't made by God himself so I don't really understand why it's insanely pricey for a fast food restaurant. It didn't used to be this way, and although I love Ritzy's, in this economy I can't really afford to go here often anymore.

Just went in today (July 20th) around 5:15pm. The person who took our order was completely rude. She kept walking off while taking orders and would fix her hair and then touch the food. We finally got out made it home the fries are hard and over cooked. I'm not going all the way back to say something I know they are busy and I'm at the end of my pregnancy I'm not going all the way back to happen to go into labor in the middle of a G.D.Ritzy's we just won't be going back to this location.
