The arcade games (the basketball game especially) have made it much more difficult to obtain tickets. Not only is it difficult to obtain tickets from pretty much all the games, the prizes are also mostly cheap and not worth the tickets you do end up getting.
These problems could be improved if a) games gave slightly more tickets (rather than an unreasonably small amount for many of the machines) or b) if more desirable, higher-quality prizes are added at different ticket ranges. I understand Gatti is a business at the end of the day, but it feels awful to spend money and feel like you’re throwing it away for nothing in return.

This used to be a great place great food everything,but it was horrible the food was so bad my kids refused to eat even one slice of pizza, the games they had didn't work and they wouldn't give me a refund wasted 40 on games and nothing would work kids bday was ruined and 40 for food and no one ate but me . Waste of time money and I don't recommend it.

The salad bar was great but the gaming area for kids was kinda run down. No one to cash in tokens.....had to go all the way up front for any service. On the other hand they did make myb5 year old niece a s'mores pizza for her Bday. So I gave a 4

We came here a lot when our kids were younger. The buffet was always full, the food was great, and we saw it as a really good value. Recently, we went for their "Movie Night" with our granddaughter. It was $14.99 for an adult, around $1 more than a normal dinner buffet. Half the buffet was shut down and there were only 3 or 4 pizzas out at a time. No other hot food except spaghetti and nachos. I feel like their quality and selection has gone downhill recently, and that's disappointing.

It seems like the place is going down hill. Food was still decent, but they have taken the slushie machine out... then we had issues with quite a few of the games. We informed the attendant and she said oh ill put a sign on it( which didn't happen in the span of 30+ minutes while I was in there) nor seemed to care that the games took our money but we couldn't play them

The food sucked. The crust to our pizza was so hard we could hit it on the table and the taste just wasn't there. There were no attendants in the game area. We had to go find one anytime something went wrong or we needed someone. Also when going to cash in our tickets on the game card we had to wait and go find someone again. The attendant was super helpful though everytime we went to get them.
