I have been eating at Golden Buddha in Evansville for many years as I used to live in the area. I still go back when I am in the area as the food and atmosphere is excellent. I recently had pork with Chinese vegetables, egg drop soup, an egg roll, and crab rangoon. All of the food was hot and served quickly. The egg roll was not greasy, crab rangoon was the best I've had, soup had bits of egg and was served with crunchy noodle strips. The main dish was plentiful with lots of vegetables and pork. It was so much that I had food to take home. Staff is always friendly, smiling, and efficient. Highly recommend for others to try their food as it is superb!

I wanted chinese food. I haven't been here before. I went in at around 11:30 placed an order to go. The girl working the counter was super friendly and socialable. The menu was presented well The food was good. Service was quick. Prices were on par with everywhere else. What really stood out was the friendliness of the woman working the counter. This was 11:30 on Friday 12/22/23.

I ordered takeout for the first time and it was excellent. The food was fresh and hot!! This is a hidden gem in Evansville and I suggest giving this establishment a try you will not be disappointed!! This will be my new go to Chinese in the future..

They have amazing service; they made my food at a fast pace & with great quality. My first time I tried the Szechuan Spicy Beef, it was great. It wasn't tough or chewy & honestly not that spicy (I'd compare it to mild wings). This place definitely deserves more attention
