Gracie's is always excellent. Went on Easter and had superb service and great food. Her Mongolian beef is the best. She is so nice. Everything is always perfect.

"Memories on a Platter: A Tribute to Gracie's Restaurant"As I sit down to recount the chapters of my life, there's one place that stands as a beacon of warmth, flavors, and cherished memories—Gracie's Restaurant. Nestled in the heart of our town, it was more than just a place to dine; it was a sanctuary where culinary delights intertwined with the magic of growing up.Every week, without fail, my family and I would make our pilgrimage to Gracie's. The anticipation would build as we approached the entrance, where the serene beauty of the koi fish pond greeted us. Those majestic creatures gliding gracefully beneath the surface seemed to whisper tales of time gone by.One of the most enchanting aspects of those visits was Gracie herself. With a smile that could light up even the gloomiest of days, she would welcome us with open arms. As a child, I was captivated by her generosity, especially when she handed me fish treats to feed the koi. Little did I know then that this simple act would become a cherished tradition, one that I would witness continue years later as her daughter guided a new generation of diners. The culinary delights served at Gracie's were nothing short of extraordinary. From the crispy corn nuggets to the delicate crab Rangoon, each dish was a testament to the passion and skill of the chefs. And oh, the sauces—carefully crafted masterpieces that danced on the palate and left an indelible mark on the taste buds. But it wasn't just the food that made Gracie's so special; it was the people. Gracie and her family were more than just restaurateurs; they were guardians of happiness, architects of joy, and creators of lasting memories. Their kindness knew no bounds, and their warmth enveloped every diner who walked through the door.As I grew older, life took me on different paths, but the memories of Gracie's remained etched in my heart. So, when I returned as an adult, it felt like stepping back in time—a familiar embrace that welcomed me home. The sight of Gracie and her family, still radiating that same warmth and hospitality, brought tears of joy to my eyes. And then, there were the fortune cookies—those tiny, paper-wrapped treasures that held the promise of destiny within. As a child, I would eagerly crack one open, savoring the excitement of unraveling its message. To experience that ritual once more, surrounded by the familiar sights and sounds of Gracie's, was nothing short of magical. To Gracie and her family, I extend my deepest gratitude. Thank you for creating a haven where memories were woven into every dish, where kindness flowed as freely as the sauces, and where the spirit of generosity knew no bounds. You have left an indelible mark on my heart, and for that, I am forever grateful.

I can not say enough good things about Gracie's. Everything was excellent!! The cleanliness, the food, the staff, and of course Gracie herself. We are not from this area, but work brings us through here regularly, and we will definitely make it a point to stop here! Highly recommend.

Stopped here to eat after a long day of marching band competitions. Hands down, some of the best Chinese food we have had in the state of Indiana.

This was our first time at this restaurant. We were in town for the day and stopped by on our way home. Very good food! I have not had Chinese food this good in years. Crab Rangoon melts in your mouth. Egg rolls were light and crispy. We had a variety of chicken and shrimp meals that were tender and wrapped in a crisp breading. Our server was delightful. The owner, Gracie, came out and greeted us and chatted with us like we were long time customers. Wonderful experience here. We hope to come back again the next time we are in Evansville.

Always 5 stars. The best Chinese food. I honestly am always happy with everything they make. If you are a picky person and do not like what you ordered, they usually ask if they can make you something else. They also will leave off onions or other ingredients you don't like. They are super accommodating. The bad reviews are most definitely FAKE. people who say false things against small business just to try and get something for free. Ignore those ones. They aren't true. Gracie's is the best chinese restaurant. Food is always good. They are such nice and kind and hardworking people. Do not listen to false claims. Gracie and Ken are some of the best people you'll ever meet. Go there and order yourself. Be nice and they will be nice back. You'll enjoy the good and won't be disappointed. It's that simple. It's the best.

The best staff I have ever encountered at a restaurant. Food portions are very generous so I would consider sharing. Worth the drive if you're in the area.

Tried to patronize ownership for years, out of loyalty and friendship, despite ownerships legal troubles. Finally became too hard to continue relationship with ownership. Too much gossip about patrons and customers, too much abuse of staff, too many negative public comments made by ownership's adult child, who is an employee.Purchased from restaurant at least 3 times per month since the pandemic began, again despite owner's legal troubles. But I will do so no more. Environment is mean, nasty, and hostile.
