Stopped in for breakfast to go this morning and paid $10 for trash. The food was so old. The eggs were like rubber, sausage looked like it was left over from a month ago, the breakfast steak had a funny taste and there was about 1/4 inch of grease in the container. This place use to have really good food but those days are gone. The sad thing is, you can't give a no star rating. Don't waste your money here unless you have a taste for old greasy trash.

We had to wait 20 minutes at the drive up window for 2 pieces of chicken. Nobody even came to the window to tell us what the delay was, we ended up leaving because we had somewhere to be.

We used to love eating here. We just purchased a 15 piece family meal. Everything except the gravy is different, the chicken breading is different and tastes like plastic, potatoes are instant from a cheap brand, green beans unseasoned, okra mushy. The texture of everything is different

Just absolutely LOVE getting ignored by staff. Sat at the speaker for a good chunk of time, then went to the window when no one answered when I said something. Got ignored there. Like, they did everything they could to avoid eye contact with me. The window was open so I went to shout "could I get some help, possibly?" 2 employees continued to ignore me. Thankfully the nice girl in a blue hoody finally helped me! But then I get home expecting to have a decent meal just to find all my food was dumped over, half in the bag and the icing to my funnel cake fries, the lid was not on it right, so. It dumped over everything. No powdered sugar. Just terrible service, man! I get hating ur job! I really do! But it does not give u the excuse to just treat anybody anyway u want ?

Food was cold and thrown in a to go box. Didn’t even get the 2 orders right and had to wait 20 minutes before they started on the order. They need to train the workers, hire all new or shutdown for good, place is a joke !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wife picked up 2 meals to go. They put them in the sack on their sides. Mash potatoes, gravy, and corn are all in 1 pile, not separate! You need to be FIRED Grandy employee! WILL NOT BE RETURNING! HOPE YOU'RE OUT OF BUSINESS SOON! Too many places to eat to be putting out slop like this!

Will never return. I ordered four chicken legs and four rolls. Price? $18.49. Bizarre and ridiculous. I was a fool to pay it. Chicken was cold but the rolls were so so.

They had the right idea of a South Western chicken. The chicken was hot and juicy, the mac and cheese was cheesey, and the mashed potatoes were delicious. Highly recommended this place

Horrible service, long waits in a drive thru with no one else there. Employee did not say a word when taking payment or handing food. Food was disgusting, chicken looked like it had been left in days old grease and tasted so gross. Avoid this place, Grandy’s elsewhere are ok but this one is always yuck.
