Love the peanut butter cookies

They let me place an order but the day of the party they didn't have it made. Had to find another cake last minute.

The cookie cake itself was fine. The issue I had was that I ordered online and paid online. My husband then went to pick it up, and they told him I hadn’t paid so he paid again (not knowing that I did). I called them after I found out and spoke with a Sherri. They were supposed to fix this but never did so I’m out extra money due to their mistake. I included the text exchange.

Two sundays ago I walked in with my friends an hr till closing and we see there’s a discount going on for the cookies. Me and my friend r looking picking out what we want and the person behind the counter is staring us down and rolling her eyes. We ask her a couple questions and she gives us a responsive with some attitude. We r checking out all excited since we were getting the discount, she rings them in and doesn’t even apply the discount. She doesn’t explain why we didn’t get it. NOTHING. Litteraly worst experience ever

Probably worst cookie place around, first the employees are higher than a kite barerly able to complete any function of their jobs. I got overcharged because the gentleman who took our order rung us up for two Large Icees and gave it to us in two small drinking cups. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Amazing cookies!! We loved it, they taste so good.

Melissa was wonderful when she patiently waited for my girls to pick out their cookies. She didn't stop smiling and had such a positive outlook! Keep counting your blessings, and we'll be back to enjoy your shine!!!

Would not recommend ordering a cookie cake from this place. They did not finish my cake on time and I had to rush to find a premade one.

They told me initially to come back in 30 minutes and it would be done. Went somewhere else, came back, and was told it’d be another 30 minutes. Lying to customers and understaffed. If you can’t make it just tell me you can’t and give me more time to find something else. Instead they didn’t get my order done and wasted an hour of my time.

No stars. My grandson ordered a decorated birthday cookie on Friday evening to be picked up on Monday at noon. Gave specific instructions for the decorations. We arrived at 12:09 and the extremely nice gentleman at the counter told us the cookie decorater wasn’t there yet. He told us we could wait, but…. we had people waiting for us at home for a party. The counter person was very nice. Thank goodness for Nothing Bundt Cakes.
NEVER AGAIN— definitely don’t recommend.
Update: the manager did contact me later in the afternoon to apologize and own that it was their mistake. She offered me a coupon for a free cookie cake, which was the most that she could do. Thank you for the great customer service. I will give them another chance.

My kid's cake wasn't ready when it was supposed to be because the key to the storage room had been lost and they needed a locksmith. I understood their misfortune, but there was no attempt to communicate anything to customers, so I made a 30 minute trip to pick up a cake that wasn't ready. I asked to be called when the cake was ready so I could stay in town and wait for it, but never received a call so I had to pick up a different cake from a grocery store because the birthday party was that day. When I called the next day, considering asking for a refund, I was told my cake was ready for pickup. I won't be ordering cakes from here in the future.

Bought cookies and my total was 24.00, Methany decided to tip herself 6 dollars and acted confused when I asked for my receipt after she failed to provide me for one or ask if I wanted it.

She also straight up asked my mother for a tip when she made a purchase before me.
The cookies were either raw and soggy or rock hard.

I ordered a cake online and called a few hours before to make sure the cake was ready. The boy who answered the phone had no clue I was even supposed to have a cake and couldn’t find my order. I then asked to speak to the manager, he told me she was not there but she would give me a call. One hour later and no call, so I call back and the person who answered promised me cake would be done. I get there at the scheduled time, no cake. They didn’t even have the order. I then had to wait 30 minutes for a new cake causing me to be late to the party and over paying for a design and customization I never got. Do not order any cakes from here…

Worse experience ever the workers are very lazy rude and can’t count change
