Probably worst cookie place around, first the employees are higher than a kite barerly able to complete any function of their jobs. I got overcharged because the gentleman who took our order rung us up for two Large Icees and gave it to us in two small drinking cups. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Would not recommend ordering a cookie cake from this place. They did not finish my cake on time and I had to rush to find a premade one.

They told me initially to come back in 30 minutes and it would be done. Went somewhere else, came back, and was told it’d be another 30 minutes. Lying to customers and understaffed. If you can’t make it just tell me you can’t and give me more time to find something else. Instead they didn’t get my order done and wasted an hour of my time.

No stars. My grandson ordered a decorated birthday cookie on Friday evening to be picked up on Monday at noon. Gave specific instructions for the decorations. We arrived at 12:09 and the extremely nice gentleman at the counter told us the cookie decorater wasn’t there yet. He told us we could wait, but…. we had people waiting for us at home for a party. The counter person was very nice. Thank goodness for Nothing Bundt Cakes.
NEVER AGAIN— definitely don’t recommend.
Update: the manager did contact me later in the afternoon to apologize and own that it was their mistake. She offered me a coupon for a free cookie cake, which was the most that she could do. Thank you for the great customer service. I will give them another chance.

My kid's cake wasn't ready when it was supposed to be because the key to the storage room had been lost and they needed a locksmith. I understood their misfortune, but there was no attempt to communicate anything to customers, so I made a 30 minute trip to pick up a cake that wasn't ready. I asked to be called when the cake was ready so I could stay in town and wait for it, but never received a call so I had to pick up a different cake from a grocery store because the birthday party was that day. When I called the next day, considering asking for a refund, I was told my cake was ready for pickup. I won't be ordering cakes from here in the future.

Bought cookies and my total was 24.00, Methany decided to tip herself 6 dollars and acted confused when I asked for my receipt after she failed to provide me for one or ask if I wanted it.

She also straight up asked my mother for a tip when she made a purchase before me.
The cookies were either raw and soggy or rock hard.

I ordered a cake online and called a few hours before to make sure the cake was ready. The boy who answered the phone had no clue I was even supposed to have a cake and couldn’t find my order. I then asked to speak to the manager, he told me she was not there but she would give me a call. One hour later and no call, so I call back and the person who answered promised me cake would be done. I get there at the scheduled time, no cake. They didn’t even have the order. I then had to wait 30 minutes for a new cake causing me to be late to the party and over paying for a design and customization I never got. Do not order any cakes from here…

I ordered a cookie cake for my Husbands birthday party a week and a half before I needed it this past Saturday. When I ordered they told me I could pick it up by 12 on my scheduled pick up day, I arrived at 1:00 pm to pick it up and it was not ready, not only was my cake not ready there were other customers there waiting on their cakes that were not ready either!! A guy at the counter told me they needed about 20-25 minutes before it would be ready meanwhile the one decorator I could see decorating had just started on a cake and there’s no way my cake with the size and design I had asked for would be done in that time frame. Had I sat and waited I would have been late for the party I was throwing that day!! I had to abandon my cake order and run to Meijer where luckily they had enough pre-made items on hand for my husbands party! I will never make the mistake of ordering from great American cookie again which is a shame because the cakes and cookies are so good, but improper time management and lack of decorating staff for how many orders they had nearly had me without a cake for a large party which is unacceptable!

I ordered a cake online for pick up the next day at 12:30 and when I had got there @ 1:30 (I know I got there late) they hadn’t even made the cookie cake or anything. Then when I asked what was going on no one would give me an answer and kept saying “our cake decorator is out running errands” so then I asked when she would be back and they got on the phone and never gave me an answer. After standing there for 30 minutes they came out with a cake and it wasn’t even mine. Then we waited another 35 minutes and finally got our cake. I’ve never had an issue with this place and we order from here every birthday. I hope this doesn’t happen again or we won’t be giving them our business anymore. This was so unprofessional and the people working were teenagers who do not know how to communicate with adults. Please do better!

got a cookie cake for my friend they didn’t use the right colors and was completely out of line with the center. spending almost 40 bucks on a cookie cake for my friends birthday you would think they would’ve taken the time to make sure it looked good. also showed up and the cake wasn’t even started after i pre ordered in advance.

Ordered a cookie online, was told it would be done at 2:10. We stop by at 2:10 and get told another 30 minutes, we come back 45 minutes later and get told again another 30 minutes. We go back home and come back over an hour later, and still is not done because they “forgot”. Absolutely ridiculous and we will never go back. Does not even look good. Would love a refund but couldn’t even talk about it.

Cookies are my favorite, but went tonight and had a girl wait on me at the register and she is the most hateful thing. Why on earth would you out someone like that to wait on customers is beyond me. She’s waited on us a handful of times and has had the same crappy attitude every time.

Ordered a Frankenstein cookie cake for a family gathering! It was decorated fantastically, tasted great! The lady who took my order seemed as excited as I was, and kept me updated. Unfortunately I ate half the 16" cookie myself, SO GOOD...
