horrible customer service. staff provided bad information on credits for food, etc. manager refused to make the situation right even though they admitted fault. also violate ADA laws. would rate lower if I could. This is a diamond member rating. lord knows how they treat others.

Same good rooms and bed and good service as well as work workout facility that I have come to expect over the years. The rooms I noticed could have used a bit of refreshing. I would certainly stay here again

I have reported this hotel to Hilton corporate, ADA, Hotels.com and a few other places. First time in my life, my dad was refused service, who is a Disabled Veteran because he had a documented service pet but Karen, the hotel manager refused to allow my dad with his document dog. I booked this hotel for my parents, I was not present, my mom called me saying the manager was extremely rude and refused service when she tried to check-in. My dad was waiting in the car. When my moms came back to the car, my dad then went into the hotel (to try and check in instead of my mom) he also spoke with the lady, she was extremely rude. My dad told her he was disabled has paperwork, she then ASKED the nature of his disability's- which you can not do. But my dad, wanting no issues, told her. (He should have to do this) even with him telling her, she still refused service saying "absolutely no dogs allowed, besides we only have one room left there is a baseball tournament going on." She could have cared less. My dad was completely humiliated, ashamed, and belittled. My dad immediately went back to his car and left, called me to tell me he was refused service and leaving - I'm all the way in California. I immediately called the hotel and spoke directly with the Manager, Karen, (same rude lady that my dad talked to) I explained this was illegal - they have the service dogs paperwork and you cannot ask specifics about the disability, which isn't my main concern - but concerning. Maybe she's just uneducated. But to out right refuse service - that's a whole other level. Then to say things on top of that like "we only have one room left anyway, we're upper busy and there's some baseball tournament going on" Karen, was also so rude with me on the phone. Talking over me would let let me get a word in and defending her actions. I hope they have her ass recorded. I travel extensively for work, stay in hotels all the time, I love my Hilton's, but I have to say I have never received service like this. I am ashamed this is what our world has come too - refusing service to a retired disabled veteran. That is a new low. I have attached the message I received from the hotel. Not very kind or sympathetic to their hotel manager Karen refusing service to a disabled veteran with their service pet.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Hot shower with good pressure. Can't ask for much more from a hotel. We did not eat at the hotel but they did offer a buffet style breakfast for an additional fee.

The front desk lady named Kim was awful from the very beginning. I honestly don't know how she was hired and chosen to work with the public. Not friendly, grouchy, rude, hateful and so much more. Ruined my daughters birthday get together with her horrible, mean attitude. It was her very first bday after losing her little sister to a horrible accident this year. We had some of her friends come and they were excited and squealing for a few minutes. It was 5pm, so not super late and I didn't think there was quiet time until at least 7 at the earliest. Kim was so mean to me that I literally was in tears. She was yelling and smart mouthed with me when I just went to pick up the key for the pool room. She double booked that as well after I told her the total number of people we had for that time frame we reserved, which was within the capacity allowed, so my girls couldn't even swim that evening. It's been a terrible year for us and booked at this hotel to try and make sure my little girl had a good bday. But Kim ruined that. I would love for someone in management to get ahold of me so I could tell them exactly how we were treated. I have never stayed at a hotel and been treated so badly. Also let me add the lobby was super loud all day and filled with teenage boys and the halls were filled with teenagers running without masks all night long. But my little girl who was excited to see her friends at 5 during the daytime was her main worry. She's a huge bully and needs to have an attitude makeover. I work in health care and always wear a mask because I'm 30 weeks pregnant as well, but my mask kinda slid at my nose when talking to her back and forth and she made a rude comment to pull it up mid conversation. She said this just to be snotty to me. Didn't even give me a second to pull it up the top of my nose. I will make sure to never book here again. I had 2 other moms there for awhile and they didn't have a pleasant experience with her either. When I walked off to go back to the room she laughed to the guy behind me about it all. Not good hospitality at all. I hope Kim feels great about herself knowing she made a pregnant grieving, mom who is already having a horrible year cry on her daughters birthday. I hope she never has to feel the heartache I do every day.

This is my place of choice when I travel to Evansville. While there are several other nice hotels I just like the people that work at this hotel. They are always very helpful and friendly. I have eaten a number of times at the bistro in the hotel the food has always been prepared with the staff following up to insure everything was good. As for the cleanliness and condition of the hotel and rooms it was just redone in 2019 and is very well maintained. I have used this hotel for a couple meeting as well and everything was above average at a reasonable cost. Overall it's hard to find anything not to like about this place which. Again the people here seem to go the extra mile.

Recently renovated hotel! Everything was new so I can't complain about that. We opted to upgrade to a junior suite, and those are really roomy so if you're in town for a while, this is definitely a good option. It's surrounded by chain restaurants and retail since it's just off the interstate so you can walk to a couple of places. It's also about 7 miles to downtown Evansville as well. This location also offers a digital room key if you have the app, and I DEFINITELY recommend going that route. As with most locations, there's a restaurant on site and a small bar (only open at certain times though). There is also a pantry in case you want snacks at any time of day. Highly recommend staying here. I like the consistency I get with Hilton!

Clean rooms. Nicely renovated. Great staff. Awesome cooked to order breakfast. Reason for the two start review is because of the HVAC system. I have stayed here two weeks in a row with the same issue in both rooms. The thermostat will not go below 71 and will not operate in the "fan only mode" for extra noise. I had them "fix" it once and it worked like a charm for two days. I feel like they have it set up this way on purpose although the staff say they do not. Very uncomfortable and frustrated as I write this a 1am.

The waitress was helpful and attentive to our questions about dealing with allergies. Thanks for that. However I wouldn't say their food is all that tasty. Rather bland. Still, they give you a decent portion. Mixed bag.

Stayed a couple nights while visiting Evansville. This is a nicer Garden Inn. Great location right off I69 and around numerous restaurants and shopping. During my working years I traveled regularly. I almost always stayed at Hilton properties, and Garden Inns were my favorite midpriced hotel. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. What more do you need? After that it just comes down to the room type you reserve and the room's location within the hotel. Hotel staff was friendly and eager to help when we asked for suggestions. Enjoyable stay.

Was here on business for one night. Clean, friendly staff, nice rooms. What more can you ask for, really? If only they had a free breakfast, I would have given them the last star!

I am a diamond business traveler, typically preferring Hiltons, until now. I stayed at this hotel in August 2018, and was missing part of my receipt (for a water $5.25) for expenses. I called to see if they could email a simple receipt for the $5.25 water. I wake up the next morning to see they have completely re-charged my AmEx for the entire bill. I called the hotel and spoke with their GM, Jodi Staley, to get it taken off my AmEx since clearly there's mis-communication going on. Not only does she say she will not remove the new charge for $160 but attempts to explain why they re-charged my credit card. Lady, all I needed was a receipt from August for $5.25. Now I am in a full on formal fraudulent case investigation with American Express over this place... thank goodness for AmEx!

Well maintained hotel and a great place to stay if you're in town, lots of business travelers. The rooms are spacious and the hotel borders on a nice fishing pond you can take a walk around. In terms of location the Hilton Garden is right off the highway and about 20 minutes from the airport, as is the rest of the city. The Hilton Garden is a great place to stay ,my biggest complaint is that the breakfast is not complimentary. Pro's +Location +Service Con's -Non-Complimentary Breakfast
