Went there for breakfast this morning, like I’ve done my entire life to receive a biscuit and gravy with no sausage when I called and spoke to the manager. I was told that all the gravy had sausage in it. Mine included and was hung up on. I will not be returning to this establishment they can go on go out of business.

I’ve been eating Hardee’s biscuits and gravy my entire life. I’m 50 years old. Today was the first day I got a biscuits and gravy. They didn’t even have a single piece of sausage in it when I called the manager to report the issue she informed me that the biscuits and gravy on the line had sausage in it. Therefore, mine did too and hung up on me. Will not be returning this place is a joke

Angela was a wonderful representative. Food was great. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger. AWESOME. I accidentally gave Angela too much money and she was honest enough to correct myistake.
