Live close to this location and I usually stop by for biscuits and gravy 2 or 3 times a week! Lately they run out of biscuits and when I went in 4 days ago for chicken tenders I got 3 SMALL PIECES and the bacon snack pack had 4 slices of bacon for almost 4 dollars. Gonna stop wasting time and money on this location.

They’re online and went to pick it up and the woman in drive-through was so rude me being a manager at another restaurant here in town told her have a good day. She just slammed the door shut. Food was good. Service was horrible.

I got some mushroom Swiss burger meals from the app(because I be getting them deals) when we got to the drive through at 6pm the lady informed us that she was cleaning the fryers so she would have fresh fries up in 2 mins(hell yea bro) the burgers were so delicious, I mean absolutely mwhaaa🤌 the Swiss cheese oozed and the bun had volume. Thank you for your service.

Last 2 attempts to eat there, first time had a person on his first day without any help, the manager didn't seem to care if he needed help.. Today 8 cars in drive thru, 3 people seated waiting on food, and another person waiting to order, same manager came up and said it's time for me to go and clocked out.. Service at both Evansville East locations horrible..Get out of the restaurant business

Ordered 3 chickens strips. I got 1 chicken strip and 2 balls of mostly breading. Very disappointed. The only reason I gave 2 stars was for the cinnamon biscuits. Sunday Approx. 4pm

Promptly placed my order, and manager took off afterwards, because didnt see her again after the fact, but 1 guy was cooking and bagging, and as I watched him cook not only my meal, but I assume drive-thru as well, he places my fresh and hot meal in their wrappers and containers, bags them up, and I was out of the resteraunt and on my way home to enjoy it!!! Truely a 1 man show @ 6AM 12-3-24., East Covert Ave Hardees Location.....

Ordered online and calmly waited for 30 minutes (they were very busy). Once everyone in the restaurant had been served, it seemed as if our food was either forgotten or accidentally given to someone else. We calmly tried to explain what had potentially happened and we were berated by the manager who immediately assumed we wanted to cancel our order. We instead calmly showed her our order and explained what had happened. The food we received was lukewarm at best. If you mess up an order please just make fresh food.
