I love Hot Head Burritos! Their food is great! The staff is so kind and friendly. It's my new favorite spot for lunch. This is the second time I have ate here & got food poisoning. Me & my fiancé got a bowl last night for dinner & we both woke up at the same time throwing up with diarrhea. All the symptoms of food poisoning. I thought the first time I just had a stomach bug & I was pregnant. It was about 6 months ago so I gave it another try & we both got food poisoning. I will be calling the health department Monday bc they aren’t doing something right.

I ordered mine and my fiances lunch from here using the app. I went and picked it up and they tell me some guy picked up my order already. I ask the lady how? Because I ordered it for pick up threw the app I did not use grub hub or any delivery services. She said the guy came in with a paper receipt with my name on it and my order. Again I ask how is that possible when I ordered it on the app. She said it has happened a few times and she don't know. She tells me I have to order it again and pay. I stated I'm not paying again sense I already did. She tells me She will not remake it nor give me my money back. She says the manager is not in and she don't want to get fired for giving free food. So I go outside get my fiance and bring him back in and ask her is this the guy that picked up my order she says no. Then she talks to him because I'm mad at this point she tells us to ask our bank for the refund. Guess what the bank won't do a refund. So he goes back in by himself this time because I'm shaking mad. He ask for the managers number and the guy behind the counter by the lady says I'm the manager. So my fiance ask for our money back or our food made and he said he will not do that. Moral of the story I won't go back here ever again. They stole my money from me today.

The accent of the Mexicans that run it were so heavy I could not understand them. I had to ask them to repeat themselves 3 or 4 times and I still couldn't understand them. I left without ordering. They need to improve their English substantially. I will not go back, nor will I recommend them to friends. I can't answer any of the rest of the questions because I left in disgust.

Their food is so good here, the steak is amazing and the chicken is so much better than places like chipotle and Qdoba.
Delicious, fresh food at a reasonable price. Had a steak bowl, my husband had a chicken bowl. There were plenty of toppings to choose from and they were fresh and flavorful. Delicious sauces to top things off. Friendly, clean atmosphere.

Was JUST here. They made us feel at home. Loved everything about this restaurant. The service as soon as you walk through the door is amazing. The food is even better than amazing. Food is very great and beyond worth the price. Everything from the chips to the veggies taste Exquisite.We chose to sit in & eat, so the atmosphere was even amazing. Very clean and cozy.Maintenance man even came to fix the ceiling, and even he was kind.

The BEST food place in town. Came here with family and everyone was so kind. Kid enjoyed herself, and staff really catered to her and all of needs. Also told us to download apps and much more so we can even get future deals. There was not one thing to complain about there. Everything was top tier.

This is a no for me. My first time coming here it was 84 degrees inside. Guessing the air was broke but recent reviews had indicated this was going on for at least a few days. I got a protein bowl and they didn't add much protein at all. The worst part was the guacamole was brown. I'll pass next time when I'm in the area.
