We placed an online order. My boyfriend walked in there were three people in the regular line and then a separate part with a VERY VISIBLE SIGN that said ONLINE ORDERS PICK UP HERE. Since we placed an online order he stood there. They ignored him. The worker looked at him and he, being nice to everyone he meets like he does everywhere he goes, says how are you today ? She responded "you need something ?" He said I had an online order. She replied " it works better if you wait in line" he expressed that he had no problem waiting and apologized that he was just went there because of the sign. The worker went to the back and held out the order and shook it at him to come get it like he was a dog. I know people have bad days but there is no excuse for this unprofessional and honestly disgusting behavior.

Disappointed tonight! So excited to get or favorite ice cream for national ice cream day and the worker was so rude. It was supposed to be 2 free scoops with any purchase and he was adamant that we only got one scoop free. We got all the way home to find out it was supposed to be 2 scoops.

I go here weekly. I am known by name with all the employees. Today, I went like usual and one of the *new* guys was working. I left the store after purchasing a 6 pack of cookies. I got into my car and opened the box...
I wasn't looking when I grabbed and bit into one of the cookies I had bought. To my shock, I was given a ROCK instead of a cookie. Seth Berkowitz, PLEASE make this right. I am unsure when you started offering ROCKS as a menu item, but this is not what I ordered.

The service at this place is pretty terrible. They also are often out of everything. It's become the norm. We waited last night and they helped others before bringing out the rest of our order the ice cream at this point had done melted.

UH-MAY-ZING!!! When you first walk in you smell cookies, not sugar, cookies. We normally go to Tiffs Treats solely for their snicker doodle, bc everything else tastes the same. THAT IS NOT THE CASE AT INSOMNIA ?? every cookie has its own unique flavor profile and believe the hype about the ice cream, it’s hella good. We got a 4 pack, 2 snicker doodle, 1 macadamia nut and 1 s’more the girl at the front gave us 2 additional carrot cake cookies and my GAWDDDDD!!! Forget Crumbl forget Tiffs get Insomnia ?

Nice and clean environment, convenient in downtown. We got there right before closing and they were very accommodating. We only wish we had one here in Nashville,TN! I am officially obsessed with the ice cream here. It is loaded like ice cream is supposed to be ?
