They have good food but absolutely stupid, anal retentive rules and policies. I ordered online and when I arrived I asked to add a side salad to my order. They told me that since I ordered online that I couldn't get a side salad. They said that I would have to order separately but I couldn't get a side salad by itself that I would have to order the salad bar which is 50% more. Nothing but pure greed.

The sandwich I got was alright, there was paper stuck to the cheese on the bottom that i had to pull off, but i was disappointed in the pasta salad. Literally no flavor at all tastes like i’m eating old flavorless noodles. I don’t know if they forgot to put the dressing or if the pasta salad just doesn’t have flavor. But not at all what i was expecting. Dont waste your money on that. Disappointed

Normally the service is great but was there and a girl named Kaylee was not very nice, kind of rude. Asked about the lettuce and just not very professional. Other than that you guys are great!

I can say the food was very good! No complaints! Hit the spot but what made me uncomfortable was the new kid in training and the trainer. Barely greeted me, then stared and laugh at me. Made me feel
So uncomfortable. I wanted to let it go but makes me think who else they do that too.

20 bucks for a small sandwich is why places go out of business.

I had a bittersweet experience at Jason's Deli. The salad bar was hands down the best I've ever had. On the other hand, the pastrami was the worst I've ever had! It was so gristly and tough I couldn't even chew it. The girl who cleaned the table off apologized to me but I didn't see or hear her tell the people making the sandwiches or the management. Kind of sad.

Devastated that the tzatziki hasn’t been on the salad bar the past few weeks, but the food is good otherwise.

Ordered a delivery of a salad and they barely put any of the veggies I requested on it.

I love this place. They have a wonderful salad bar! But the Reuben sandwich is to die for.

I was hungry for pastrami. Ordered pastrami with mustard on marble bread. The flavor of the pastrami was what I expected, but it was quite tough and hard to chew. Examining the sandwich, I noticed the pastrami was sliced with the grain, not across the grain. Toughness explained. Then they forgot my pickle. So, a bit disappointed since I drove 50 miles for pastrami. I'll try it again sometime.

Addendum; I received a call from Jason's. She explained that she was training a new person on slicing and they were not familiar with across the grain slicing. I was assured they are now :-) Problem solved!
