Had a good experience coming into the store. I was welcomed, my Philly was absolutely hot and delicious. I would say they have their stuff together here at Evansville location. I will come back.

We ordered delivery tp our hotel through the mobile app while traveling for lunch. When it arrived and we opened the sandwiches two of them were made entirely wrong. The one that was supose to be a giant on rosemary bread was a regular on white and the one that was supose to be regular on white was a giant on rosemary. We had customized those sandwiches also and nothing wasfollowed as requested We had asked for all sandwiches to be cut and that was not done. I called the restaurant only to be hung up on after explaining i was from out of town and did not want or need a store credit for their mistake. I called back and asked for manager and advised her what happened and not once did she apologize for the rudeness if her employee. Tried to explain to her what was wrong gave her receipt information and her attitude changed also when I expressed how unhappy I was with the treatment if the first phone call to which she said she would have GM contact me after telling her I would prefer a refund. But she never asked for or took my phone number. Problem still not resolved.

PLENTY OF MEAT. Not much flavor. Bacon on mine was like chewing rocks. Firehouse MUCH BETTER. Sorry we tried Mike's but that was it one time shot.

Best subs in Evansville. I always get the Big Kahuna. Ive tried both steak and chicken. My husband likes the Italian. You can have it made Mike's way or add what you want.

Order doordash my dasher asked to verify the chips in my bag because there frequently missing and the manager refused to verify I did pay for my chips and they have every right to has to verify to make sure everything is in my order for the MANAGER To tell the driver I don't have to is disrespectful when she was just trying to do her job and make sure I got my full order it is your duty to verify everything is in the bag before handing it to the driver read the policy
