The manager on duty at 1pm said they are not certified either....so if anyone is getting food from Jimmy John's through Doordash and getting drinks... watch out. 09-16-2025......I went to the link you sent. This place is NASTY. The employees are not hygienic , the food isn’t kept clean, and it’s overall nasty. I couldn’t finish my food thinking about it. The employees have touched the trash, their face, the drinks and boards with the same pair of gloves. Theirs is 3 people here and we waited over 5 mins to get our order taken, and then 20 minutes for our food. The only thing here that’s “freaky” is the cleanliness.

Well I had my sandwich delivered and it was all wrong. I called to complain and the manager Brandon had it remade and delivered to my hotel. Thanks Brandon and the delivery driver was excellent.

My friend always orders Jimmy Johns and today she did, and the lettuce was brown on her BLT. She called Jimmy Johns and the first lady she spoke to hung up on her, and then the manager pretty much called her a liar. Super unprofessional. I saw the lettuce and it looked like it would make someone sick.
