Placed an order on line and it was ready and waiting when I arrived. I had to stood and waited at the register for about 5 minutes, watching everyone talk and move around, before someone acknowledged and ask if I needed anything. I told them that I needed to pay for my order. As that person finally walked over, another person asked if I needed anything. I took me longer to pay for it than it took me to drive there.

Normally, i get decent subs from JJ. But today our sandwiches are poorly made. Paid $7.00 for this three pieces for meat and bread. They also forgot to add the cheese. Another sandwich had more cheese then meat.

The sandwiches have improved since they have introduced the toasted sandwiches. The lunch crew is good; at lunch the food and service are good. The dinner crew is the exact opposite. I tried to go 2 weeks ago, waited for 10 minutes with (1) car in the drive through. I had to drive off without ordering. Went tonight, heard the same voice on the speaker as the night I drove off and knew it was going to be bad. Was able to order this time - a sandwich and a wrap. Asked for no tomato on the wrap, of course had tomato, asked for a toasted chicken bacon ranch with no onion, received a cold Italion loaded with onions. This would be a 4 or 5 star if it wasn't for the dinner crew.

Standard JJs. They have a drivethrough, but it's pretty tight for larger vehicles - with curbs on both sides. The speaker for the drive-through is low quality. Food and staff were fine. Thanks.
