Standard JJs. They have a drivethrough, but it's pretty tight for larger vehicles - with curbs on both sides. The speaker for the drive-through is low quality. Food and staff were fine. Thanks.

Got a sandwich with dirt and hair pieces, I was told to calm down or the police will be called on me, I've been ordering there for a while first time looking at the sandwich and I was almost ready to puke on my self without even taking a bite, I called and the general manager actually slammed the phone and hang-out on me!!!

I’ve been to this location a few times. I doubt I’ll go back any more. I went for lunch today around 1 PM. The kitchen area was full of people, no staffing issue here. The problem is that I stood at the counter for 5 minutes without even an acknowledgment, 3 of the people behind the counter were within 6 feet of me, yet not acknowledgement. When I have placed an order at this store it took a very long time to get my sandwich. In reading other reviews it seems poor service, both people and speed has been an issue for a while. Clearly, management/ownership can’t be bothered with fixing the store.

Either get carry out so you can check your food or just don't eat at Jimmy John's. 3 weeks ago I ordered about 5pm. 6pm the food shows up but NONE of it is what I ordered. I called and was told they would remake it and send it out. At 7:45pm I called again and told them to forget it and to give me my money back. That was 3 weeks ago and I'm STILL waiting for a refund. I won't be back.

It is astounding how long it takes to get your food from this location. I’ve been to this location a few times and at a minimum you are waiting 20 minutes regardless of time of day

Drive through ordered a wrap(as it comes) #11 (as it comes) was asked if I wanted hot peppers I said no, bag of chips, 20 Oz coke and LG cherry coke with 1/2 a pickle. I pay, hands me my order, bottle of coke is hot so asked for cup of ice, gave me cup no lid or straw. I noticed he did not put pickle in bag , he said I didn't order a pickle so I paid for pickle. I said half he said 1/4, I said HALF, again he said 1/4 and charged me as such. Idk but 1/4 & 1/4 = 1/2 in my math. Left, got to where I was going...NO PICKLE! I CALLED AND went back, same guy says "you forgot your pickle! I said no, you forgot to give me my pickle, so they gave me a whole pickle. KUDOS! Get down The road, take a bite and HOT peppers are on my sandwich. I called AGAIN, told manager in these words " there are frickin hot peppers on my sandwich" she told me to stop cussing at her (I don't consider frickin a cuss word) and speak to GM tomorrow and hung up. Only thing I can figure is they have someone new or something else on drive thru. I will talk to GM and expect a refund for the sandwich. I'd see if I ordered a special sandwich but just ordered by number and they messed up not once but twice and my coke was Hot! I did not cuss at the manager I said frickin! Just not that hard to make a sandwich....maybe for some people it is. Frustrated as all get out. But did have a good laugh after, at how "simple" some people are. Won't go back for sure.

It's pretty sad when you pull up the window and two employees are just standing there talking and can't be bothered to greet the customer. Bring back Kickin Ranch! Skimpy portion for the side of potato salad. Veggies were skimpy on my spicy Italian too. Service and food has just gone downhill

The delivery came on time, and nothing was missing. However, I ordered the Vito, which doesn't have mayo, because I dislike mayo, and my sandwich came with mayo anyway.
Edit: I called and asked if they could deliver me a new sandwich without mayo and they did!

First visit to this store. Poor customer service. Very slow service. Employees stated they were out of a lot of items due to their truck not coming in. No potato salad or pasta salad sides. All soda was out, nothing but carbonation. Other employees were hanging out in the parking lot. Probably WON'T return to this store. ?

NOT freaky fast
Had an order for delivery at 8:30. 20 min after 8:30, when I called, they were just about to start it. I was at work and on my lunch break and asked them to just refund my card instead due to the fact my lunch period was almost over at that point. Andrew responded with "perfect". Andrew/the manager/sandwich maker/ delivery driver is rude. St Joseph in Evansville Indiana is the location.
