You want to pay astronomical prices for your fastfood AND have it made incorrectly even after the employees repeat your order back to you EVERY. SINGLE. TIME? Then this is absolutely the place. It’s legit a joke at this point and I need to learn better. No one does anything about it, they just tell you each location is independently owned and no way to contact them unless you go into the stores and say something to the employees that already don’t care.

I needed to rewrite this review, I had a bad experience at this location with a single employee once. Long story short it got pretty heated and I don't believe my review is fair based on that one experience. After not ordering there for 2 months I come back. I've had to have ordered 25 or more sandwiches since then and my experience has been what I've come to expect of jimmy johns, good food great service. Now I will add this, I normally order during the day. The few times I ordered late my experience wasn't as good but nothing to write management about. It's a good place good food.

Love Jimmy's John's! ? The food was on point and the service was friendly and they've always had one of the best atmospheres of any sub shop in the history of ever. So glad the wraps are here to stay!!!!!

Ordered online for Delivery. Arrived over an hour after I received the email . Called twice and was repeatedly placed on hold , first time for 3.5 minutes, second time for over 7 minutes. Called a third time to be given excuses . Food finally arrived and drink was watered down and the sandwich bread was hard .

Ordered a specific sandwich in the drive thru, verified it was my sandwich when I picked it up at the window, got all the way home 25 min away and it was completely wrong. I called and spoke to a lady and she asked if I’d like to come back and I was like, um, no. I was then told that I have rewards and they would refund it back to the card tied to that account. Problem is, I didn’t have a rewards account. Guess I’m just out the money on that sandwich.

Got no meat or cheese on my sandwich lol? That was an expensive piece of bread with some lettuce/tomato.
I eat here 2-3 times a week and the service has always been fairly bad but it just keeps going downhill. If you’re okay with consistently rude then you’ll like this location:). The food is always good and the restaurant is always clean.

Didn’t have a delivery driver so I got offered a refund. Haven’t gotten a refund a week later, called and got a polite woman but a guy in the background was cussing and talking about all the calls because a lot of people aren’t getting their refunds. I asked for his information since he was cussing at me and she hung up. Called again and asked for whoever I was talking to then got hung up on again. Called again they hung up when it connected. I had a lot of problems at this one and come back every few months then get let down. This one needs to close and fire all their rude employees. Because if I had half a mind I would go up there and smack all of them for being rude.
