went last night and ordered same sandwiches I always order and it was horrible! these sandwiches had 1 piece of meat and 2 pieces of cheese the lettuce was stringy. I drive across town to get this food and I ended up throwing it out the window.

If I could give this place no stars I would. This is the second time I have ordered a sandwich to be delivered and it has shown up 2 hours after I ordered it. When I called the store they said it’ll be there when it gets there. This place is joke take your business elsewhere. This makes me so sad because I love Jimmy John’s but after 2 horrible experiences it puts a nasty taste in my mouth. Just called the store AGAIN because my app said my sandwich had been delivered but it wasn’t anywhere outside my house. Not even an apology, they’re suppose to be sending me another sandwich let’s see if this one takes 2 hours or even shows up at all.

I normally give jimmy johns a good review in most states. I would here too but, we had a little mishap that started out my fault. They tried to call me before delivery but the number they called from come from the state 95% of my spam calls come from. I was admittedly rude when asking not to call this number. To my mistake it was my delivery driver and for that I apologize. The reason for the bad review is him taking the time to call me back only to very colorfully tell me what I could do to myself. Wow ok, to bad I guess I normally tip $10 at least but no longer ordering from here. I'm sure I'll get the standard response, where so sorry for your experience blah blah. Save it, you ain't gonna fix a thing.

The food is alright, but this is the slowest place to order food from. The slogan is “Freaky fast” but never once ordering from them have I gotten my food within the hour. They’re the worst Jimmy Johns I’ve ever dealt with.

Ordered food today. Waited an hour for delivery of 1 sandwich and 2 cookies. Then I go to finally eat and my sandwich was wrong.I ordered 2 sandwichs on New Years Eve and they were both wrong also. I should have known not to try again today.

Ordered a sandwich for my son. When we got home and began to eat, he realized it was made incorrectly. When I called, the manager,( Nicole) said bring the portion that wasn't eaten and she would make a new sandwich. It was dark, 32 degrees, and I had just off work. I didn't want to go back out. She said that was the only way to replace the sandwich. She had a nasty attitude as if I were bothering her!!! Most places will let you come another day that is convenient for the Customer!!!!! The automated response that says the owner will get in contact with you is not true. No one has contacted me and I don't expect them too. They don't care and it's reflected in their choice of management. Jimmy John's used to be better.

I continued to call back asked for corporate number they refused. This store management is a joke. Do not order food from here.
