Wonderful Place!! Love spending time there and the food is fantastic with great service to complement it. The new owners are caring and dedicated to carrying on the wonderful service and food to all those who remember J’s.
Why don’t you come up with your own bar concept? You stole my father’s bar and disrespected it with your lazy approach. You lease a business turn key that was stolen from his children and use my equipment and my family’s concept and don’t even change the name. The only reason you have this place is because my grandmother has dementia and my aunts are greedy. You say it’s not associated with Higgins but we own the liquor license and the building and branding. You are a chump . I look forward to seeing what you’ve done with the place. Don’t forget it is Higgins we own your license, branding, and lease sucker.

Have been in a couple of times and a young girl behind the bar I think her name is maria ignores every one she doesn’t know and stays on her phone all the time. If she does talk every other word is cussing.. rumor is she has something on the owner that’s why she is still there through all the bad reviews on her.. their food is good and the place is always clean.

I came here to have a drink and a snack. So here it goes...Well, I came here, shared a snack with 3 other people in-house, and had a wonderful time. Tina has upped the game on catfish nuggets - 20/10 fabulous ?. Tina not only cuts the fresh catfish, she has her own breading that is MORE than fantastic. It's light, crispy, and has a wonderful spicy hit - you will not be disappointed.I'll have to eat through the menu to see how Ms. Tina has done more fabulous things.Marie is a fantastic bartender, too. She's fantastic and knows how to take care of her customers.Kudos to everyone I've met. I'll be back for more on those fish bites, Tina!

The bartender/server ignores you to your face. She sees you there but makes a phone call, chats with employees THEN gets your order. This has happened multiple times. She has also forgot to put our order in.
