I live 5 min away. I've been here 4x in the past week. Went through the drive through ordered 8 PC dark. Was told 4x times in a row when got to the window it would be 25 minutes. I'm sitting by the side door now waiting on 8 PC chicken 2 sides. After 37 min I finally got my food. Terrible!

We eat here regularly, on Sundays. The customer service is top notch. These workers always go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied with our order. The store manager, Ryan, does a great job leading his team, even when they are short staffed, and slammed.
Bugs. Found multiple ants in my drink alone. Reporting.

Waited over 20 minutes for our meal. Very concerned for sanitation and overall kitchen standards being followed. While we were waiting in the dining area, an employee eating a bag of chips walked back into the kitchen and was eating his chips back there. Then when he left the kitchen, he used the hand he was eating with to open an oven door for another employee. Someone had their personal jacket hanging from a rack in the kitchen. I only saw one employee wearing gloves. Employees were having loud, personal conversations in the kitchen that the dining area could hear. Large hand smears were on the dining area windows. The women’s restroom had trash over flowing and needed swept. There were straw wrappers, lids, and cups laying on the drink machine. An advertisement sign in the window was hanging crooked. The Christmas wrapping paper hung from the doors for decor was ripped and hanging down. There were flat boxes stacked on top of equipment. There was also a pile of open boxes on the kitchen floor. Another customer was upset and verbalized that they had been waiting for an hour for her door dash, and was still waiting when we left.
I arrived with the intention of eating at KFC and the staff was rude and the tables were dirty.. I lost my desire to eat there.

Came off a long road trip without a hot meal for four days. Went thru drive thru and before i could even say what i wanted, was informed that there was no plastic utensils, Mac n cheese and a list of other things they had listed taped to the drive thru speaker. I couldn't get anything but a small drink with the meal i paid for because they had no other size cups. I wanted extra crispy, but didnt bother to ask because i figured id be told they were out of that too, which wouldn't be the first time. I also told them forget the drink because i couldn't even get what i wanted with that. They want your buisness tho. Its ridiculous and ill just leave if i ever even go again and am told this, which i dont see happening because even the food has gone downhill. Only reason I gave any stars was for the fact they were even open which now even surprises me

Have not gotton any better …. Slow asf !! Waited 20 minutes in line … & then the food came out slow there back there talking when bunch of people were in line !! Not only that door dash kept showing up then said they only already picky up the order then once they left … they were bashing them all delivery services !!

I hate it but this location has dropped the ball many times. Mostly with the wait time of 20min+ for an 8 piece meal, at times of the day when plenty of chicken should be in rotation for orders. Tonight in particular I ordered via the app and received my order ONE HOUR after I ordered. The app said 6pm. I got there at 6:10pm (anticipating delay.)They then said 20 more minutes. Waiting until 6:32pm before asking again, I was then told 9 more minutes. I walked out at 6:45pm. The chicken then had soggy places and the mashed potatoes had 'overcooked' chunks in them. I live less than 5 min from this location. Let's just care more as a society please.
