If I could give zero stars for this location I would. My husband walked in and there were four individuals working behind the counter and not one acknowledged him. He stood there while they filled online orders and didn't even look at him. Apparently the employees at this location only know how to fill online orders and have zero social skills when it comes to direct customers. We definitely live in a sad society when people have no work ethic or skills.

The wait was almost 30 minutes in the drive thru and the fries were still cold. We could see one of the employees eating on the line, which was so inappropriate. I will not go back to that KFC.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. We gave this KFC another chance and were disappointed. The chicken nuggets had been left in the fryer for too long and we didn’t get our biscuits. I can no longer justify paying almost $40 for subpar food.

They never have chicken available from the Tuesday specials. An hour wait, you go to a fast food chicken place, and are told, it's an hour wait, is that okay? Of course, it's not.

We ate at KFC on Green River Road at around 7pm on Friday night and the service was very good. My husband and I both ordered the 2 pc dark chicken dinner, and the cashier told us we could get a better deal by ordering with out a drink. We had water instead and we both ate for a little over $10, and the chicken was very fresh & crispy , not greasy at all and the Biscuits Were Delish! It was the Best experience we’ve had at a KFC in years! Hats off to Lillian & the crew that helped us regain our confidence in KFC! Please check them out and you’ll be pleasantly surprised! A+++

Offering 5* as an apology from my mom. Almost 30 years ago now she threatened to drive her car through the lobby due to a misunderstanding.

Standing nearly half a life on the other side of this (traumatic even though I'm joking about it) ordeal and I still physically recoil at the rage and pure lack of sense that overtook my mom that one fateful night. There's something special about that chicken.

Please accept this as an apology as it is almost literally the least that I can do.

They told us we couldn't get a famous bowl because they were out of chicken. How in the world does a place that only does chicken....RUN OUT OF CHICKEN?!?!
