Completely bummed everytime I give them a chance. Today I ordered a simple famous bowl with extra gravy and corn. What I got was mashed potatoes with cheese and a sprinkle of corn. I called to get the order fixed because who can eat these thick dry mashed potatoes with no gravy only for them to let the phone ring until it turns into the busy signal for 2 hours straight. They don't even try to get ur order right or fix it. Waste of darn money.

They had me pull around and wait for my food, but forgot about me after waiting 45 minutes. The only one who genuinely cared was the blonde girl, but the rest of them were rude. I’ll drive to Kentucky if I need kfc and I live 2 minutes from this location.

Evansville, Indiana has only one KFC, and it is great. If you haven't visited one in a while give this place a try. It is all newly remodeled and under fantastic management. The staff including the manager all work very hard keeping the place very clean. They all seem to enjoy working here and it is demonstrated in their great customer service. By the way the food was great as you would expect. It is easy to find using Google Maps.Parking: Easy parkingKid-friendliness: Kids love KFC

I had not been to this location in about 4 years. I was hoping they had improved. Sadly not...If you want good KFC go to Henderson. This store is awful. Very slow service & undercooked chicken.

This is the worst kfc around dirty service is bad put in order after waiting 15 min they came out told us they gave all the original chicken to door dash I was told I had to wait 15 min for chicken I should have been served before door dash I normally go to Henderson kfc much better they can learn from themI will start getting crazy bobs chicken bye kfc
